Staff are nice, breakfast service was exceptionally horrendous - would reccomend walking down (right) the beach to buy local food, even if it means you pay a little more.

The hotel rooms have attached the swimming pool. Also good! Restaurant meals in General, team live more.

Fabulous resort. A very large pool and grounds. The rooms are spotless. Staff are lovely. I celebrated a birthday on this visit and the staff organized a birthday cake.

One of the most beautiful properties I have been to. It is a bit far away from the ferry port hence the rental scooter is a must. Following Google maps navigation was a bit of an issue but once we reached the property it was an absolute sight to behold. The hotel was stunning, really awesome buildings and amenities! The beach is so pretty and the massage is a nice touch to the experience. The only problem is the wifi connection, very slow and sometimes not existent.

Excellent hotel. The location is excellent, the beach is clean and sandy. The service is excellent. We really liked it. The rooms are spacious, clean, no complaints. The territory has everything you need, a bar, a restaurant, etc. The island itself is also very colorful, quiet and calm.

Amazing location. Probably one of my favorite beaches on the island. The view on my balcony was amazing with the pool below and blue waters! However, I wasn’t aware that my room shared the jacuzzi with the room next door and was surprised that there wasn’t hot water. Food was decent and the staff were kind but only 1 of them spoke decent English.

The location is a bit far but the resort is very beautiful The food was good and not to expensive and the staff was wonderful!!!!!!! We got burnt and couldn't leave the room, they got us aloe Vera and helped us get breakfast in the room Would recommend !

Ok....nice pool and view, but it attracts a lot of noisy locals on holiday. Breakfast is buffet style so expect cold fried eggs. Bring your earplugs...Thais dont care what time it is and who they keep awake!

One of the best hotels I‘ve ever stayed in! The owners and employees of the hotel are the nicest people and super helpful with everything. The food is also very delicious and they offer vegetarian and vegan options as well. The rooms are super nice and the view to the ocean is amazing! They even have a scooter rental on their property. Beautiful resort and unforgettable experience. From a quick and easy speed boat transfer through arrival, rooms, views, all the swimming pools - it's all worth it. Amazing breakfast selection, with a free neck massage. The staff are super attentive and we never had to wait long for a car transfer across the resort.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. The view is amazing, nothing can disturb your quiet even if the beach is not ideal to lay during the day. If you want to explore the island on your own you need to rent a scooter which is available at the resort.

The Yao Yai Beach resort is a fantastic little hotel at a wonderful white sand beach. We spent one week in a spacious pool vila with a separate sleeping room for our two kids - we really loved it and can highly recommend this resort. We had the grand sea deluxe room, the view was amazing! Believe me, the hotels own pictures don't do justice for this place. Bed was soft and very comfy, I was happy because very firm beds give me back pain. Great AC, everything worked fine. Breakfast was okayish, perhaps not worth the money imo. Food and drinks are a tad overpriced, you can get much cheaper and better food from the local restaurants...

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it. The rooms look new and are super clean and comfy. Everything around the little huts looks beautiful and the owners are very sweet and helpful. You can wash and dry your laundry there and can rent new and well maintained scooters for 200 tbh a day. 10/10 :)

We had the pleasure of staying at the Resting Place and wow is all I can say!! Upon arrival we had fresh juice waiting for us as well as the option for scooter rental. The owner coordinated pick up from the pier and had our AC waiting for us in our bungalows. 10/10 would recommend this spot to anyone!! After check out the owner organized a boat to take us back to Phuket and had someone waiting in Phuket...

Mr Yon was very helpful and very friendly when helping us with arranging transport and with all the little things. The rooms have a nice view on the sea and the breakfast was pleasant. Room facilities were good, but maybe it would be good to prevent the mosquitos from entering the bathroom.

A wonderful little hotel set in the hills of Koh Yao yi. The rooms were lovely, with beautiful views out over the trees and water. A spacious balcony with a little table made the view easy to enjoy. Local shops and small restaurants within 50m. Obviously on this island everything must be done by scooter.
