Staff are nice, breakfast service was exceptionally horrendous - would reccomend walking down (right) the beach to buy local food, even if it means you pay a little more.

This hotel is just awesome. We stayed in the beachfront bungalow just behind a little rice field. The beach is not the best but still. The 2 restaurants are great, and the staff is wonderful. If you want to rent motorbike they will call them for you. When you arrive at Koh Yao Yai Pier, someone will be there to drive you to the hotel.
