Krabi Cinta House

This hotel was ok and our first night we had a good experience. The check in was fine. They don’t have an elevator but they had this cool lift thing that takes your suitcases up to meet you on your floor. We stayed in a room on the second floor. The room was a decent size and clean. Now we couldn’t make up our mind about whether or not we would stay another night and so they ended up giving our room away. Then we decided that we were gonna stay another night and we booked directly through the hotel. They charged us the same price for a room on the first floor but this room was much smaller and not as nice. Also sometime in the early hours of the morning there was some pipe issue which meant we got no water and no sleep. The other rooms had reserved water so they were ok but the issue seemed to be in our room. We wondered why they gave us this room if there was no reserve. There was a disagreement with the front desk staff and then we were refunded our money back for the room. Customer service means listening to your customers and hearing them out
rather then being defensive and giving attitude. Not a pleasant experience!

a plus for the proximity to the bus station. Big minus for the lack of an electric kettle, the small bedside lamp did not work, the air conditioning was very noisy and did not work well, the curtain rods were broken and the most important thing was a lizard in the room.
