Didn’t stay here but asked the people if we could walk around the garden looking for birds. It’s quite a nice area and we saw some birds, monitor lizards and monkeys. However the amount of mosquitoes next to the water is insane. Definitely only come fully covered with clothes and DEET.

I had a pleasant stay at the seabass hotel, the check in process was great and rooms were nice with plenty sunlight. There was a bar and restaurant where you could get drinks and food as well as sweet treats. I will commend the staff on their great service, I had an injury on my foot from my tour during the day and they treated it for me using disinfectant - I will not forget their kindness :)

The hotel has a very modern look, exactly like their pictures. Some features should have been in the room; like a wardrobe, room flip flops, and maybe a dental kit. Overall, the staff were really helpful, they even let us store our luggages for a day extra, as we left the island for one day.

The room is exactly like what they show on Agoda. Please note that there is NO wardrobe and safety box in superior room at all. They also didn't provide us the flip flops, which is kinda strange to me but maybe it is a nornal thing here? The water is warm enough, the staff is friendly. They provide new water bottles everyday. We didn't ask for room service so I'm not sure if they provide new towels...

Good hotel in Krabi town, next to the river with a nice terrace and a good view. The rooms are not superbig but they have everything they need. The staff is kind and ready to help. If you are on the fourth floor be prepared to take bags upstairs. They can also help to arrange transportation or trips to the islands. All in all good.

The bed was super comfy and the aircon worked well. They provide soap, shampoo and hand towels. There is also a hairdryer but only 1 plug socket in the main room which is not next to the bed. The location is okay, only a 5-10 minute walk into the town with the night market. The reception staff were also very friendly.

We were living in this hotel for 6 days. The first day we slept VERY porly, because we got a room by the road. And the window is not sealed at all, you can listen to loud cars and bikes all night. Pros: Well furnished room, high speed wifi, well mannered staffs, underground parking. Cons: Outdated AC, rooms and washrooms have different levels of unmarked floor surfaces; it may cause sudden fall if not observed properly. No temporary slippers given.

Ended up staying here due to a mishap with dates for a trip to Koh Samui, but was great for a one night trip and we could have easily stayed more. The cafe was nice and had great air con!!

Great location if you want to stay in Krabi town (very near/walking distance to the night market, restaurants and self loundry). The room has small balcony, and sofa facing glass window, which is nice. We got room facing the road, that has a nice view toward the canal but you can also hear road noise. The breakfast was OK / average. The pool was a highlight albeith I did not try it.

The front desk & cleaning staff were absolutely efficient and kind. They truly care about the guests' well-being. It's far from Aonang (30+ mins by car), but there's Krabi Town/ bars & night market in walking distance (they aren't overpriced like Aonang), so you won't get lost or bored. Clean and nice hotel. Spacious rooms. We do not recommend river view rooms, as the street between hotel and river is big and it is noisy. It's 15 minutes from the markets and city centre by foot though.

It was in a great location. Very reasonably priced. Bed is a little hard but I didn’t mind it. Asked for two extra pillows and they gave them to us. Cold water in the fridge. 60 baht Chang’s at the front desk. We booked a second night and they told us to book through Agoda for a cheaper price which was super nice. Overall very happy with our stay.

Nice budget hotel. The place is great for short stays. Very near to the night market and the Buddhist temple. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. I didn't like the mattress, it was rock hard.

Nice room and a great location for a very resonable price. The people in the reception are great and there are a lot of possibilities for day trips and such.

Very basic accommodations. Firm mattress not the most comfortable. But most noteworthy was that the building is almost all concrete walls/cielings; when a door down the hall slams, you will hear it. Ok for a quick sleep before moving on.

The room is clean. No coffee making facility but if you fancy a hot drink at night, 7-11 just opposite the road. Further down the street just a stone throw away, there is a dimsum restaurant.

Very worthy! Clean and big rooms! Not very central but very easy to walk to the nightmarket or the the river for etc. Friendly staff, helped us rent mopeds/motorbikes for 300 baths/day. The breakfast was almost not even worth to eat but except that everything was great!

A fantastic hotel with great, clean facilities and spacious rooms. The staff are very polite and helpful and the overall vibe of the hotel is positive. It’s in a quieter location which suited us, but is a 5-10 minute drive from main Krabi markets and restaurants, which is even walkable if you’re able. We highly recommend

The room is clean and spacious. Wifi is strong. A bit noisy from the traffic right outside as the building is situated next to a main road, but given it’s low price that’s acceptable. The hotel is situated around 10 min drive from the city center, but there are a few good but cheap restaurants nearby that are worth trying. You can easily grab a motorbike or car to/from the city at a low price.

Good value. Close to the bus station so ideal for staying before/after an early/late bus. Nothing to do in the area though, just a good place to crash. Room clean and comfy with AC. They provide a kettle, would be nice to have a couple of coffee sachets too.

Stayed here quite a few times, always a good experience the rooms are large and clean. Excellent for that early morning flight. Not many food options around, however next door behind the dentist there is a local restaurant that is cheaply priced. We would stay here again

we used this hotel for transit (1night), friendly check in, our booked suite (1711)was spacious and clean. only 4 stars because not everything which is mentioned on the homepage is offered due to covid (shuttle/restaurant) but the positive thing: the staff is very helpful to find a solution. we would recommend the hotel and will come back.

Thai style hotel mostly for in transit Thai going camping etc. If traveling to Ao Nang from airport go ahead and take the shuttle into town. But, hidden gem is next door restaurant which is stellar.

We choose this place because is near the pier (about 800m). If you don't want to be underground without the window, don't choose the cheapest room. It was really dark and small. But maybe for one night with low budget can be ok. Up the roof is small place where the breakfast is served and from here is very nice view.

Being a very small hotel it was so peaceful to stay there, the only drawback was that the rooms only get serviced every second day but they replaced with clean towels for me every time they serviced. My stay at Play Poshtel was great! I had initially booked a bed in a share dorm but when I got there, because they had availability, they gave me a free upgrade to a private room. It was very big, clean and comfortable. The staff here are lovely - very friendly and give great advice. An amazing place to stay in Krabi! We stayed one night before heading to the islands and it was perfect. The dorm room beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean and inviting. It’s a quieter part of town so you’ll need to walk or get a Grab to find more activities.
