Good hotel, close to city center, clean, fresh, tidy, friendly, quiet, parking, good bed, good ac, good shower all good mkay

It’s a little out of the town center but I enjoyed the walk along the river to the park every morning. The rooms are separate from the reception area

Stayed here to rest on our way to phuket. A walking distance to my favourite night market in krabi. The hotel is concisted of a few blocks with ample free parking spaces. It felt secure and quite easy to access and find

The bed was comfy, the toilet has decent water pressure. There were no plastic in the trash cans inside the room which felt weird but its fine for a short stay

When we arrived they told us to go to a room that was not finished being cleaned yet. After the house keeping found us another room we settled in

But we found stains on the comforter when we returned back after walking to the street market. Luckily we only stayed one night

Extremely good rooms and bathroom for the price. A little far from town centre and night markets but it's easy to get a taxi.

Location is central. But if you like food, this is the place to stay. A bit far from the islands. You will need to take various transportation. The bus is 7 minutes away. The bathroom has a strange smell.

Rooms are lovely... Cleaners are great, most of the reception staff are nice.. It's a short walk to the center (5 mins)... It's New Year, and SO HOT! The towns folk are so friendly...

Hotel is 400m away from town center. Wet market is 200 m away with a lot of local foods. Avoid the in house massage on the ground floor. Masseuse is below sub standard

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Krabi town! The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful park. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help

Rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. They worked hard and helped us feel welcome and at home. Tea and coffee in the morning but no breakfast

If you leave before breakfast begins they will pack you a to go breakfast if you ask. You get two small bottles of water each day and the rooms are very comfortable and clean

Location is about a seven minute walk to the mangrove boardwalk. Breakfast is very good and filling, but no Thai options, three egg dishes offered (80 baht each I believe) and is served from 7:00 until 10:00 or so

The staff was super friendly, they got a scooter straight away for us, they also did all our washing, ironing for a very good price. The bed was soooo comfy! The room was cleaned every day

Our original stay was for 4 days, but the hotel was so nice, we ended up staying for 2 weeks! The staff is amazing, the location literary could not be better, and the rooms were great! If we ever go to Thailand again, we will stay there for sure!

The couple at reception were lovely and welcoming, making the stay feel warm and inviting. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the night markets and bars, plus it’s very affordable

The room was spacious, and while the bed was a bit firm, I personally liked it. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Some people might not like the dogs that inhabit reception area. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers

Just walked in and asked for a room. The guy and the woman at the front desk where super nice and informed us right away there's no elevator and even offered to help us with our bags

Great staff, very nice and efficient! Their airport shuttle is cheaper than a taxi/grab and they could give us a lift at 6am. The room was very clean and spacious and it’s very central.

Nice hotel, on walking distance to the center, but far enough to be nice and quiet. Staff is very nice and friendly and the rooms are very clean, have plenty of space and tv and fridge

Nearby are some of the 'must see and do- spots' of Krabi town, and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Taking in conscideration the price, I highly recommend it, and hope to be a guest again soon

Had a lovely stay in large and very clean room with view over river, fridge and AC, a safe parking for my motobike aswell

Close to night markets, good dimsum nearby, rooms are clean, well worth the price

Come here for your tours!!! They won't rip you off. Also best place to get help, the lady was really helpful and did not try to rip you off. We felt great! We bought our trip to Patong beach here, cheap

Affordable hostel with helpful staff. Closed during the night after 23h00, it's not a love to style if you're looking for party but it's a good place to rest. You can also book tours at fair prices.

Next day we come to ask if she can change it to Kata, and did it at no extra cost. Loved the business and the owner

Spacious and very clean, free flow coffee, all amenities you want, and breakfast is good and big. The staff is really well trained, helpful and speak a fluent English. Definitely high value for Thai standards

We didn’t met so nice hosts until now in Thailand!!! Boo ist der freundlichster thai and he works at Sasi House! The AC is REALY quiet so you can sleep with the AC turned on

A positive note for Pum, the girl at reception, which is smily, knowledgeable and friendly. Location is also great, near main activities, but not noisy at night

Very clean, quiet and friendly place to stay. Nice terrace outside and friendly personnel. Tours to book here are the cheapest we have seeing till now

We bought there the best fried chicken and they allowed us to eat it on the terrace from the hotel. They even brought us plates, forks and knives

Appliances are complete, air conditioner, refrigerator, warm water, old TV, price 400, convenient parking in front of the room, a lot of people come to stay

The entrance is a bit difficult to get into.

Even though it's central in Krabi it was a very quiet hotel. There isn't an elevator but we lobby had carry on anyway

We stayed at the hotel during 12-13 October 2024. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The receptionist is always there to assist if you need anything. The room was nicely decorated. : )

Really nice, clean hotel. Located in Krabi town (not Krabi) within walking distance of some nice cafes and markets. Staff was lovely and we enjoyed our time immensely.

The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great aircon and they even kindly upgraded us to a bigger room so they could upgrade the one we were staying in with a new TV. Their laundry service was very handy too

It was about a five minute walk to the public bus that takes you to airport, Ao Nang, and other local sites. Very clean and well furnished rooms, elegantly decorated and considerate communal spaces

Loved our stay at The Brown Hotel. Located near lots of great food places, a 7-Eleven right outside and a very short walk to the river and small mall too

Clean and nice hotel. Spacious rooms. We do not recommend river view rooms, as the street between hotel and river is big and it is noisy. It's 15 minutes from the markets and city centre by foot though.

Great location if you want to stay in Krabi town (very near/walking distance to the night market, restaurants and self loundry). The room has small balcony, and sofa facing glass window, which is nice

Beautifully clean, friendly staff, really inexpensive, and brilliant location. Was so easy to book trips to all the islands, the jungle, kayaking etc all within a ten minute walk from the hotel

We got room facing the road, that has a nice view toward the canal but you can also hear road noise. The breakfast was OK / average. The pool was a highlight albeith I did not try it

It's far from Aonang (30+ mins by car), but there's Krabi Town/ bars & night market in walking distance (they aren't overpriced like Aonang), so you won't get lost or bored

The building and room looked fairly new, spacey, and very clean. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep immediately

Good 3 star hotel with comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast average, as well as WiFi connection. Hotel is well located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the river and some 10-12 min walk to city center

I recently stayed at Krabi Seabass Hotel from April 4th to April 9th, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything we needed

I had read bad reviews about this place but I imagine it was a long time ago and that they have worked on improving it

) The hotel is located close to the riverside which is nice since from there you can take a boat to Railey Beach (which is basically one of the nicest non-private beaches down in Krabi, as far as I think)

Came in to dined before hiking the Tiger Temple. Loved the atmosphere, music, service and food was amazing. The thai iced coffee was delicious! I got the banana pancakes and was not disappointed

Apple (the owner) and her family run a really nice accommodation! The place is spotlessly clean and well located just 2 mins from the main road. The room was comfortable and the place was quiet

As a digital nomad internet is important for me and during my 2 week stay I never had problems connecting to the wifi and working

We stayed there for around 12 days and it was really nice. The first night were a bit loud due to the chinese new year festival, but the rest of the time, the room was totally fine

For couples or two friends travelling is the perfect place to stay in Krabi town. Night market 5 minute walk, 7/11 at bottom of road. 250 baht taxi to ao nang beach. So similar to a Travelodge.

Overall is nice, just the free coffee and chocolate machine got a lot of ants… because when I drank some and discovered at least 5-6 ants on the inside wall of the cup and I misunderstood that may be unmelted chocolate powder

The hotel is well located near Krabi night market. And the place is quiet and peaceful. The only downside is that they don’t provide bottled water and toothpaste/toothbrush and also no hair dryer

I don’t know if they have it counter or where. As, I was busy everyday so I never asked them. But overall the stay is good and comfortable. It was my first time with Hop Inn hotel chain

The hotel was clean and nice! Parking slot for our scooter was available every day and we highly appreciated the daily housekeeping service with a fresh bed and fresh water

The room was very spacious, clean and had a hot powerful shower (super important in my view!). There wasn't a hairdryer or a kettle etc but this is something I don't need but some others may prefer

Price is very affordable and the Hotel has everything you need. Of course it is not a luxurious Resort at the beach but that is also not what they are claiming to be

Very budget room so can’t complain; only thing you need to note is the beds are super rock hard, noise travels between the two rooms if you have a private room with a connecting door; could hear them talking and moving every little thing

They had a nice little area near my dorm where I could relax and get some work done. One of the best things about this place was its location - I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to visit

Great quiet little backpacker place with huge private rooms. Not very good view from the windows but hey, it's only for sleeping. Reception is open pretty late and the host was super friendly.
