The hotel has a very modern look, exactly like their pictures. Some features should have been in the room; like a wardrobe, room flip flops, and maybe a dental kit. Overall, the staff were really helpful, they even let us store our luggages for a day extra, as we left the island for one day.

The room is exactly like what they show on Agoda. Please note that there is NO wardrobe and safety box in superior room at all. They also didn't provide us the flip flops, which is kinda strange to me but maybe it is a nornal thing here? The water is warm enough, the staff is friendly. They provide new water bottles everyday. We didn't ask for room service so I'm not sure if they provide new towels...

Decent hotel super clean pretty new/modern build. Bathroom, pool, restaurant all really sweet. Nice food in the restaurant and amazing cold drinks. Location just 1 street from the river. Lots of food places around and close to the main road

I thought this was a fantastic place for the price. Very helpful staff. Modern clean comfortable rooms. Good pool. Good breakfast (at 7am I note other reviews suggest not arriving late). Its a good Hotel if you need to stay only for a few days. But if you get a room directly at the stars of the first floor, it will not be easy to sleep here. Nice hotel near to the night market. Very clean room with a nice bath. The pool is very nice and quiet. You can pay 200 THB for breakfast if you want. For a security there needs to be 1000 THB or credit card just for info! When you check out the rooms will be controlled if everything is okay.

One star off as the address for this hotel is wrong on some.platforms however the hotel staff very kindly fetched us for free as the incorrect address was not far from the actual address. Pool area is great. Rooms are clean and spacious with aircon (very NB). Staff are friendly. I would have liked more options for on-site food and drinks (options are limited and a bit pricey). But overall a fantastic stay, would recommend. There is also a daily free shuttle into town to the night markets etc.

Didn’t stay here but asked the people if we could walk around the garden looking for birds. It’s quite a nice area and we saw some birds, monitor lizards and monkeys. However the amount of mosquitoes next to the water is insane. Definitely only come fully covered with clothes and DEET.

The place was great. The restaurant had great tasting food for a reasonable price. A short car ride from the boat pier which was nice. Bit out of the way of anything in town which we took a grab to when needed. 7-11 is about a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful hotel. Next to the pier. 2km from the centre. Best price/value hotel in my whole Thailand trip so far. Absolutely loved it. I rented a scooter and drove around, which I would recommend everyone who can drive scooter and has a licence. Just gym had no AC, therefore way to hot to train there. And no water dispenser to refill water bottles

Ok, the place is nice enough, though its located in a scheduled area, its very close to the bay. You can walk to a nearby port and take ferry to phi phi islands. The staff were really polite and the pool was nice too. I liked the peaceful ambience. Overall a recommended stay.

The hotel is away from the Aonang beach, and located in a very peaceful residential locality in old Krabi town and so it's underrated. Otherwise, the hotel offers very good clean and beautiful rooms facing the sea. Muslim friendly hotel offering all halal food and prayer room.

We stayed at this place when we visited for our honeymoon. It looked great in the photos. When we went inside the room it looked more like a 2 star. The hotel is quite comfortable with new furniture and a a beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. It's located near Krabi town, far from the beach, though.

By far the best service minded people I have ever met during my 19 years of travel! Every single staff member is very polite and helpful in order to assist the guests in which ever way they can. A new hotel about a km to centre of town. Good room size and big bathroom. However shower place has no partition nor shower curtain. Bed is comfortable and not too hard. Stayed here quite a few times, always a good experience the rooms are large and clean. Excellent for that early morning flight. Not many food options around, however next door behind the dentist there is a local restaurant that is cheaply priced. We would stay here again

we used this hotel for transit (1night), friendly check in, our booked suite (1711)was spacious and clean. only 4 stars because not everything which is mentioned on the homepage is offered due to covid (shuttle/restaurant) but the positive thing: the staff is very helpful to find a solution. we would recommend the hotel and will come back.

Thai style hotel mostly for in transit Thai going camping etc. If traveling to Ao Nang from airport go ahead and take the shuttle into town. But, hidden gem is next door restaurant which is stellar.

Beautiful place within nature. There is a pool, where you look over the sea. The rooms are big with sturdy beds. One part of the electricity didn't work and they immediately fixed it. If you want to quit from chaotic here is a place ! Everything were perfect during our stay. So relax The bed is so comfy the place is so clean . This stay is exactly as its name.. a hideaway. This hotel is ideal if you'd like a break for a few days and just want to chill with a nice view. Bonus points for being eco-friendly and contributing to the local community. You have to consider the additonal expected costs, however. Loved the place, the small island community is an amazing experience. Hotel itself is great, lovely pool, sunsets and staff. Only thing I would improve is food. Definitely had better around Thailand. Also a must visit by bike are the sea food restaurants at the local sea food farms.

A lot of mixed emotions with this review. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Play Poshtel, which featured a spacious room, comfortable armchair, separate shower / toilet bathrooms, and friendly staff + cleaning crew. An amazing place to stay in Krabi! We stayed one night before heading to the islands and it was perfect. The dorm room beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean and inviting. It’s a quieter part of town so you’ll need to walk or get a Grab to find more activities.

Loved staying at this hostel maybe my favorite hostel out of all the ones I've been to! Very laid back and very welcoming people with super comfy big beds with tvs in your bed area. Super glad I stayed here I even extended my stay!

2nd stay here when transiting through Krabi and needing somewhere close to the Airport to spend the night. This is the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed at especially for the price. This is hands down the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It may be a little out of town in Krabi but it’s worth it. They’ve really thought of everything. I’m in an 8-bed mixed dorm. The beds are those capsule beds and inside the capsule is a TV. They provide you SONY headphones. There’s 2 showers and 2 toilets, SEPARATE from each other. There are big lockers for your stuff and there’s 2 set on hooks...
