Good 3 star hotel with comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast average, as well as WiFi connection. Hotel is well located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the river and some 10-12 min walk to city center. Few restaurants close by. Staff at reception rather inflexible with regard to early check-in or late check-out.

I had a pleasant stay at the seabass hotel, the check in process was great and rooms were nice with plenty sunlight. There was a bar and restaurant where you could get drinks and food as well as sweet treats. I will commend the staff on their great service, I had an injury on my foot from my tour during the day and they treated it for me using disinfectant - I will not forget their kindness :)

The hotel has a very modern look, exactly like their pictures. Some features should have been in the room; like a wardrobe, room flip flops, and maybe a dental kit. Overall, the staff were really helpful, they even let us store our luggages for a day extra, as we left the island for one day.

The room is exactly like what they show on Agoda. Please note that there is NO wardrobe and safety box in superior room at all. They also didn't provide us the flip flops, which is kinda strange to me but maybe it is a nornal thing here? The water is warm enough, the staff is friendly. They provide new water bottles everyday. We didn't ask for room service so I'm not sure if they provide new towels...

Didn’t stay here but asked the people if we could walk around the garden looking for birds. It’s quite a nice area and we saw some birds, monitor lizards and monkeys. However the amount of mosquitoes next to the water is insane. Definitely only come fully covered with clothes and DEET.

The place was great. The restaurant had great tasting food for a reasonable price. A short car ride from the boat pier which was nice. Bit out of the way of anything in town which we took a grab to when needed. 7-11 is about a 15 minute walk.

Beautiful hotel. Next to the pier. 2km from the centre. Best price/value hotel in my whole Thailand trip so far. Absolutely loved it. I rented a scooter and drove around, which I would recommend everyone who can drive scooter and has a licence. Just gym had no AC, therefore way to hot to train there. And no water dispenser to refill water bottles

Ok, the place is nice enough, though its located in a scheduled area, its very close to the bay. You can walk to a nearby port and take ferry to phi phi islands. The staff were really polite and the pool was nice too. I liked the peaceful ambience. Overall a recommended stay.

The hotel is away from the Aonang beach, and located in a very peaceful residential locality in old Krabi town and so it's underrated. Otherwise, the hotel offers very good clean and beautiful rooms facing the sea. Muslim friendly hotel offering all halal food and prayer room.

We stayed at this place when we visited for our honeymoon. It looked great in the photos. When we went inside the room it looked more like a 2 star. By far the best service minded people I have ever met during my 19 years of travel! Every single staff member is very polite and helpful in order to assist the guests in which ever way they can. This was a very amazing and unique experience. The staff were super friendly and just seemed like lovely people. The food was really good and the location was breathtaking. The island is mostly fishing and farming communities and my partner and I did the village tour. Our tour guide was an awesome person and we even got to see his grandson at one of the local schools. Beautiful place within nature. There is a pool, where you look over the sea. The rooms are big with sturdy beds. One part of the electricity didn't work and they immediately fixed it. If you want to quit from chaotic here is a place ! Everything were perfect during our stay. So relax The bed is so comfy the place is so clean . The sunset view from their swimming pool is breathtaking The staffs are so friendly and kind they have high service mind always taking care and make sure if guests are happy I totally recommend this place

Stayed here quite a few times, always a good experience the rooms are large and clean. Excellent for that early morning flight. Not many food options around, however next door behind the dentist there is a local restaurant that is cheaply priced. We would stay here again

we used this hotel for transit (1night), friendly check in, our booked suite (1711)was spacious and clean. only 4 stars because not everything which is mentioned on the homepage is offered due to covid (shuttle/restaurant) but the positive thing: the staff is very helpful to find a solution. we would recommend the hotel and will come back.

Thai style hotel mostly for in transit Thai going camping etc. If traveling to Ao Nang from airport go ahead and take the shuttle into town. But, hidden gem is next door restaurant which is stellar.

One star off as the address for this hotel is wrong on some.platforms however the hotel staff very kindly fetched us for free as the incorrect address was not far from the actual address. Great place to stay for a few nights, hotel staff are very friendly and front desk will help you organize a lot of what you need like scooters and transfers. Tiger cave temple is very close. Pool area is great. Rooms are clean and spacious with aircon (very NB). Staff are friendly. I would have liked more options for on-site food and drinks (options are limited and a bit pricey). But overall a fantastic stay, would recommend. There is also a daily free shuttle into town to the night markets etc.

Really nice hotel. It is 4 kms far from Krabi town and they provide a shuttle bus three times a day to get in the city. They will clean your room every day (which I think it's a little waste) if you don't specify the opposite. They also provide free shuttle to-from airport and free coffee and cookies during mornings. The pool is nice and well-maintained. The only weakness is communicating in English...

For this price 5/5. Got a free upgrade from a hostel to a private hotel room. Overall clean rooms with their own fridge. Great affordable food. Only con that it's a 30-minute walk from Krabi city center, but you can rent a scooter to get around from the hostel or take a grab.

My stay at Play Poshtel was great! I had initially booked a bed in a share dorm but when I got there, because they had availability, they gave me a free upgrade to a private room. It was very big, clean and comfortable. The staff here are lovely - very friendly and give great advice. I really enjoyed having free bicycles - they are a bit small, but I used them every day to go into town or the market...

An amazing place to stay in Krabi! We stayed one night before heading to the islands and it was perfect. The dorm room beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean and inviting. It’s a quieter part of town so you’ll need to walk or get a Grab to find more activities.
