The second-floor rooms were being renovated during my stay, so I booked two rooms, so I essentially had the entire building to myself!
The first floor is a coffee shop, and I ordered an iced latte early in the morning. The coffee was delicious.

A quiet place in a busy city. The surrounding environment and supporting facilities are good. The market, night market, massage, mangrove forest and port are all within walking distance.

We spent one night at Into The Town Hotel whilst travelling between islands. It is comfortable, clean, and with great value for money. The location is very good too; only a few minutes walking to some night markets that we enjoyed visiting. We arrived quite late when the reception was closed, but the self check in was easy. We would recommend this place particularly for a short stay; for a longer stay, the room might be a bit too small for a couple.

The staff, manager (TK), and owner were unbelievably kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We encountered a minor issue late in the evening on our first night (around 9:30 pm). Despite the late hour, TK immediately sent staff to our room to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, circumstances forced us to leave the hotel early. TK and the owner advocated tirelessly on our behalf with Trip.com, and were able to secure a partial refund for us. Their exceptional service went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel can only be described as "excellent"
The room we stayed in was only about 12 square meters...at the corner of the corridor...the space was pitifully small.
As someone who sleeps close to the bed, I was woken up by the sound of footsteps walking back and forth in the corridor and the sound of doors opening and closing in the middle of the night. It was really uneasy to sleep. (Can't sleep at all!
The ratings looked pretty good when I booked the room, but the actual experience was not worth the price at all. I think...it’s the experience of a youth hostel
The noise from the air conditioner is downright depressing, turning it into second gear is almost like rumbling next to an airplane.
What's worse is that there are bugs in the room, and they actually bit me a big patch between my eyebrows.
The only good thing is the complimentary instant noodles, which taste okay

The air conditioner was so noisy — when set to the second speed, it sounded like being next to an airplane engine. To make matters worse, there were bugs in the room. I woke up with a painful bite right between my eyebrows. The only redeeming thing was the instant noodles they gave us, which actually tasted okay. But overall, this place is definitely not worth the price, and I won't be returning.

The location of this accommodation is good as it is close the night market and river front. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but was very small. The "front desk" is a coffee shop and when we arrived at 6pm, it was all locked up with no one to check us in. There were instructions posted on the door on how to do self-check in, but this seemed a little early to require self-check in. It took a minute to figure it out, but we did finally get into the coffee shop and up to our room. What was essential was that we had a Thai SIM and had cell service. If we had not had that, then we would not have been able to access the entry instructions sent via ***********. I may have missed this in the hotel description, but it would have been helpful if the hotel had highlighted their check in hours and that you will need a message from them in order to check in on your own. It also would be good to instruct you how to find the hotel as it is very tiny and hard to see the sign from the street. This is a decent place for one night on your way to/from the airport, but I would not recommend it for a multi-day stay in Krabi.

We stayed here for 5 nights in March 2024, rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and location of the hotel was excellent! It is right next to Krabi night market and black crab night market. It is also quiet at night which is suitable for light sleepers like me. The owners were very hospitable and they also offered tour packages to phi phi islands etc. and transport services to the airport. They also operate a cafe at the ground floor where you could conveniently grab breakfast and lunch. Would highly recommend choosing this hotel for your vacation in Krabi!💯

Found this hotel accidentally due to our hotel we booked earlier suddenly overbooked and they compesated with this hotel.
Room we hot is tiny but clean and have everything for what you need,lay down with built-in Netflix before take a walk at nearby night market.
One last thing is a must,they have coffee shop at the lobby names as Prod bitter&sweet.
If you are the coffee lover ,you have to be here to try some.
Good smell of coffee bean while grinding make you feel comfortable and boost up your day.
They make a coffee with high-end brand Lamarzocco with several roasting level with different flavour.
I finally try filter coffee with rum barrel which very awesome both aroma and tasty.only V60 you could find in Krabi town.Love it!!!

We only stayed for one night, but during the short time we were here, TZ was so kind and welcoming from the start. Location is really good. The place feels more like a cozy airbnb, which was really nice. There’s a cafe downstairs which is convenient for your hunger and thirst needs. The only mild inconvenience was that in our room, there was no outlet near the bed to charge your phone, but it is not a big deal. Maybe they can provide extension cords to work around it. Otherwise, I would recommend this place!!
