Booked two nights, but only stayed 1 night. I did not want to sleep another night. The bed is terrible. The mattress is wobbly. The bathroom is not comfortable. The whole floor of the bathroom keeps wet for hours after you have showered and want to go to the toilet. The safe didn't work properly. In my booking review, the owner commented that he don't support free tourism visa because of my bad review? That is the reason i placed a Google review. Location is good and service was fine.

You offered to carry my luggage to the room, i did not ask. I also gave you a tip. I did not ask for a refund for the night that we did not stay Stop telling lies. We were out all day, came back to the room and we feel that we did not want to sleep in this bed for another night. We booked another hotel and checked out. We left the room and you demanded that you took down our luggage, again i gave you a tip. You say: no no no this is my job. Stop writing lies that i asked for it.. All other hotels i booked in Thailand are very good.

Have stayed before, as per my review 2 years ago. It looks like it’s had a lick of paint since then but nothing else has changed. Good size room with balcony, fridge and ac, clean, central, good service from staff, good price. For a budget option in Krabi town you can’t fault it and I’ll definitely use again next time I’m here.

The couple at reception were lovely and welcoming, making the stay feel warm and inviting. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the night markets and bars, plus it’s very affordable. The room was spacious, and while the bed was a bit firm, I personally liked it. Overall, a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Great value rooms and friendly helpful staff. Nice big rooms with a good balcony. Clean and with good aircon.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, comfortable and clean with a good balcony. On the downside, room lighting was poor, bathroom sink was blocked and balcony door lock was broken. Some people might not like the dogs that inhabit reception area. Overall though, I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

I was there last week . Nice place . Closer to the markets . Staff was helpful . They helped us loading our bags in the room . Gave free coffe and bananas. We stayed there for 2 nights.

Although we had a room facing 2 roads, it was nicely isolated. However, we still had problems sleeping because the fridge was pretty loud. Unplugging it solved the issue but it would be nice to find another solution. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was super helpful and the location was just perfect as the hotel lies in-between the morning, afternoon and evening markets.

Very comfortable place located in centre of town. Walkable distance to krabi river front and night markets.
The hosts were very helpful and sweet. Ready to assist always.

Rooms have huge private balcony with a VIEW of street, which is very nice.
They have complimentary bananas and tea/coffee at the reception for all the guest. Which is again very nice.

Krabi was our first stop in Thailand and we booked Orchid for 2 nights. We felt welcomed immediately with great service and hospitality.
Our room was VERY clean, everything worked. AC cooled the room quickly. WIFI is strong, water pressure and temp were good while we stayed as well.
We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to this area of Krabi.

Definitely a great stay for short term. The staff is extremely sweet and friendly. You can leave the bags if you come earlier or leave there after check out. Great Location and everything else was comfortable. It can get noisy on the hallway or with the fridge in the room sometimes but nothing too bad :)
