One major concern, our room has the cctv camera pointing in. We don’t know for sure if it can see into the room (usually these type of cameras have wide angle lenses and the glasses are clear, not dimmed) but to me that was very disturbing.
All in all, excellent hotel.
Our experience at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The room was extremely dirty and dusty—there was a thick layer of dust behind the TV, and the sofa was covered in obvious stains. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at all.
We raised our concerns to the manager, who turned out to be rude, unresponsive, and completely uninterested in helping. At first, he mentioned he could offer a room change, but after seeing the issues firsthand, he dismissed them as “normal” and “just a little bit of defects.” He then refused to do anything, saying all the rooms were the same. No refund, no room change, no compensation—nothing.
The room wasn’t even equipped with basic necessities like toothbrushes, and everything about the place felt underwhelming and subpar. It was honestly shocking how badly the condition of the hotel clashed with the price we paid.
We were so put off that we simply walked out, even though it meant losing our money. This was a disgusting experience, and we strongly advise others to stay far away. Spend your money somewhere that values hygiene and treats guests with basic respect.
PS: Owner had the audacity and said all the bad reviews are fake! 🤢
Perhaps because there are few customers, the staff are not smiling.
It was a cheap stay, but the view from the room was not so good.
The building and the room were clean.
Our suite over looked the river which runs into the ocean.
Sunrise view is spectacular.
Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Pool is a nice size and and massage area is close to the pool.
Front Front Hotel is within walking distance to retail shops, varies restaurants and coffee shops as well as 4 night markets.
We had a great time and would definitely come here again.
Location is nice there is a night market with lots of street food options, that were really tasty. Fir shopping and restaurants, it's best to rent a scooter for the day it was 300 Baht for 24 hours and Ao Nang is 30 minutes away, its well worth the ride, traffic is not as heavy in Krabi, so it's an easy ride. And great views
