Hotel of economy class, located in one of the most picturesque parts of Lamai beach. Very popular among Russian tourists. Well-kept green territory, cozy rooms and convenient location allow us to recommend it for a relaxing family holiday, including children.

Location: 20 km from airport, 8 km from the coast of Chaweng, in the Eastern part of Koh Samui, in the Central part of Lamai beach, on the beach.

Consists of one-storey and three-storey buildings and bungalows located around the swimming pool and garden. Decorated in traditional Thai style.

Only 74 rooms.

Beach: private on-site public sandy beach in 30 m from the hotel (1 coastline), the first coastal line. Umbrellas, deck chairs.

The view is beautiful and the location is good, but the staff service is poor. The ground floor of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The actual room is completely different from the picture. The hotel must have been built more than 10 years ago. Everything in the room looks outdated. The furniture looks very old. The light bulbs are also old-fashioned. They haven't renovated it at all.
***The room price and the room received are not worth it.

I stayed with my son in a deluxe room with a sea view in August 2025. The room is large enough. The room has a small refrigerator, TV, kettle and air conditioning; no safe. The furniture is old, the beds have comfortable mattresses, slightly hard pillows. There are a lot of ceramics and wooden carved decorations in the hall and around the area. The pool is about 15 meters long of different depths with 2 shallow bowls for babies. Beach towels are brought to the pool late, usually after 10 am. There is little shade from the trees in the sun lounger area. Standard breakfasts: vegetables, 4 types of fruit, fried eggs or omelette, sausages, changing hot dishes (noodles, stewed vegetables, chicken ...). In our room, the roof half covered the balcony, in other rooms in the right wing of the building the roof was full. The location of the hotel is convenient. Not far from 7eleven, a tour desk, shops .... The night market is 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. I recommend the hotel for a holiday. The staff is friendly. Of the negative points - poor room cleaning.

The sea is warm, clean, you don't have to go far, it gets deep after 4-5 meters.
The hotel is wonderful with its hospitable staff, although it is a bit old, the air conditioner works its job noisily, but for such a price by the sea I think it's not worth complaining.
And the next day we booked a bungalow here

The hotel is on the 1st line, the sea is a minute away. There is a cafe, money exchange, travel agencies, laundry, bike rental, massage parlor nearby. The room is cleaned every day, I recommend the bungalow, the breakfasts are good. Of the minuses, the air conditioner is very noisy, there is no safe, hair dryer.

If I could give a zero I would. My wife and I were supposed to stay here august 19th to the 21st. We are traveling from Canada and the air canada strike affected our flight to koh samui. We had to change our flights which already cost us much more for the trip. We contacted the property to inform them that we would be arriving later than expected, and wanted to change the days, while at the same time adding three extra days to our stay. They said to contact agoda about it, which I did. Agoda informed us that the hotel had denied our amendment to our stay, while the hotel initially said agoda was bad for rebooting. It was the hotel that denied it. I tried to contact the hotel through what's app numerous times. You can see when they read your messages... the left me on read. And did not answer my phone call. So they have kept the money from our 3 day stay. Worst customer service ever. Do not ever stay here

Do not recommend the place, dust is everywhere , as well as bugs on the floor, the place needs some renovation, but location is perfect

The rooms they provided were not the ones we booked. Instead of mountain vie we received a room with no vie at all, dark and awful. For changing, they asked for a double price per night as additional charge. The reception was not helpful to solve our situation. Behind the bedside table we found mouse droppings. We could hear them at night under our bed. We do absolutely not recommend that place for more than just one night. We are happy to move to another place now.

Very cosy hotel with big rooms and excellent staff.
Need some renewing in some places but still very good hotel.
The location is great and nice and relaxing atmosphere.

I paid 30$ for a room with big terrace. That's absolutely in price even tho the shower only had cold water (I guess that shouldn't be the case). Super friendly reception staff, nice beach area, I recommend
