Pavilion Pool Residence Samui - SHA Extra Plus Hotel

We had an amazing stay at The Pavilion Hotel! The facilities are modern and complete, with two beautiful and very enjoyable swimming pools. The sunbeds on the beach are more than enough, so there’s no need to rush to secure one – such a relief on holidays!

Breakfast is just perfect – varied, delicious, and with a team that is always smiling and attentive. The rooms come in different categories, all very well equipped. We especially loved the smart TVs that allow you to easily connect to Netflix and Prime, which made us feel right at home.

I highly recommend having dinner on the beach – it’s a truly romantic experience, even with children, and the food is excellent. The hotel is perfectly located, but what really makes the difference, and what will make us come back very soon, is the hospitality. A special thanks to the manager, Mr. Terry, who went out of his way to make our entire stay smooth and unforgettable.

The place is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings that create a relaxing atmosphere. The staff provide excellent service and treat you like family, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and style. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.🥰🥰

awesome journey from the parking all the way to the room -- security guided parking in front of hotel, front desk agent escort to the room. facilities is beyond great. pool is nicely maintained, enjoyed private pool at the infamous beach front of Lamai, with a good considerable privacy and security as there is a beach security that keep tourists from coming too close to our private pool. breakfast restaurant manager worth a praise -- personal escort to table, bringing coffees and signature egg dishes to table so we can enjoy the nice view while waiting for our food. servers greet you warmly as well -- one of the best stay I ever had on the island. worth returning, worth the penny spent.

My wife and I upgraded to this resort, and it was the best choice we made on this island. Everything was so clean, the room was beautiful, and the staff were so friendly. The location felt safe and everyone was looking after us. It was only a minute walk from the Lamai night market where lots of fun events were happening. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and the food was amazing, and the portions were huge. Highly recommend!! We would come back here again.

Our family from two continents ( South Africa and Australia) converged over the last 8 nights at the Pavilion, Samui...it is a family friendly resort with the attributes of a peaceful and private holiday. We especially enjoyed the breakfast variety and the extensive meal options which were of the best in category.
The proximity to the ocean is magnificent too.
The layout of the rooms and villas lends itself to privacy and peacefulness.
And the staff obviously prides themselves on politeness and service.
We would gladly recommend and return to the Pavilion Hotel,Samui...

[Perhaps the only negative is that the rooms are a little dated...]

Delicious breakfasts, and there’s a restaurant on-site where you can order anything you want. The food is amazing!

There are plenty of activities near the hotel, including shops, massages, bars, and restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay and are taking home warm memories!
