A wonderful hotel! The territory is beautiful, green, and cozy. The beach is clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to the hotel staff — very friendly people who helped us with all our requests, handling everything quickly and efficiently!

Delicious breakfasts, and there’s a restaurant on-site where you can order anything you want. The food is amazing!

There are plenty of activities near the hotel, including shops, massages, bars, and restaurants.

We truly enjoyed our stay and are taking home warm memories!

We celebrated our honey moon and received special cake (which was great).
We did not like our room at the beginning and we asked to change. The stuff helped us and gave us a better room. Service 11/10! Al through our stay great service.
Food is great, the restaurant manager is great, and always there to keep an eye. He cares. You can feel he cares. Great events at the hotel (grill night/steak night etc).
You can feel that everyone cares about you.
We booked a quad trip trough the hotel which was great.

Cleaning service anmazing. They do ann anmazing job (the best I’ve ever seen). The system of house keeping is great. You have a sign with 2 sides (either do not disturb or make up room). If you put the sign on - house keeping will get your room. If you dont - they will not enter your room. It is also convenient and very flexible.
Either way we want to show our appreciation to everyone. Thank you for making our stay awesome. We wish to come back again!

Great spot on lamai beach. Room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. Only thing to improve is the water pressure/ temp in the shower and there’s a pretty hefty service & VAT charge on food and drink which put us off using the bar a bit.

Wonderful hotel, pleasant and polite staff, cozy rooms with all amenities, clean beach (but entry into the sea is difficult with rocks and corals). Good location (first line, many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, night market, near the river, but there is no smell), delicious breakfasts, huge and delicious lunches/dinners (HB), it’s not worth taking cocktails at the hotel (a little expensive), better go outside the territory and take it for 80-90 baht.

Great hotel, very friendly and attentive staff! Delicious breakfasts, the child personally cooked oatmeal with milk, for which a huge and special thank you! Varied evening gastronomic programs, good bar. The best beach in Lamai, super sand, the beach is monitored, cleaned and cleaned every morning. Nearby are all the necessary infrastructure, an evening market, shops and a Sunday fair. We'll definitely be back!

The best part of Lamai Beach. There are stones on the right, dirt on the left, the middle that the pavilion got is wonderful. The hotel is a little tired, but the staff skillfully compensates for this with their attentiveness. I would say that the hotel was originally built strangely: there are no ramps, and the bellboy has to drag suitcases up the stairs; There are few closets and nowhere to put things; they could have at least nailed shelves to the empty spaces. And the minus of villas with a private pool: it changes the water almost constantly. From 8 am to 11 am and from 1 pm to 5 pm the water is constantly gurgling. This may simply irritate some people, and because of this the water does not warm up very much. Otherwise the rooms are good, the hydro pool villa has very high ceilings, which creates a lot of air, I don’t know about the rest. Comfortable hotel style: something like a village, each with its own courtyard and gate. And the neighbors, except on the beach, are not visible at all, only occasionally heard (although the hotel is 94% full!). I recommend it if you want good sea and quality service.

Definitely worth a stay!

Anybody who's looking for a quiet and relaxing resort should consider coming to the Pavilion.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we came here twice within one month for a short weekend holiday.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, the restaurant offers great food (Thai & Italian) at a fair price and the resort is just beautiful overall.

You will have super quick access to the beach from any room and the hotel offers 3 pools to cool down (1 at your room, 1 infinity pool with beach view and another standard swimming pool).

You won't regret your holiday here!

We came by chance to have lunch at the restaurant inside a hotel. It is surprisingly good! Not only the food tasted rather delicious but we enjoy the view and services here too. Especially during the Covid time when everywhere nearby closed but the restaurant here remains open.
