Great location,people really nice ,service, its very close from the beach access , many restaurants, stadium muaythai, we stayed 4 nights.

Very nice hotel run by a nice French guy Pascal - location near to the beach and shops. Comfy, spacious rooms.

Decent hotel stay. They provided me with a triple bedroom for one person 🤔. The rooms pretty decent need renovation, especially the shower and the kitchen area. Stairs are too steep, so be careful when you take your luggage up as there is no elevator and not kid friendly too. There is no option for breakfast, but the restaurant below saves decent grub. The location is pretty good with a lot of things around. Service is decent, nothing great. It's more like an apartment stay, not a hotel.

Absolutely astounded at how good this place is for the price. Only staying for two nights to meet the grandparents and take them back to Koh Phangan - where accommodation has sky rocketed. The room is clean and big, a double bed and a single, kitchenette, large bathroom, balcony, etc all in great condition. The menu and the food are fantastic - and great portions that are so cheap for samui. The staff are all absolutely amazing, very kind and helpful in all areas. Great owner too - which explains the great staff. I’ve stayed in a few places on Samui over the last year and this has to be my favourite, I wish I’d found it on my proper visits and not passing through. Highly recommend

Very good hotel that I would recommend for a few nights. Our room actually has three beds, so we could've had one extra person sleep there. It has a small kitchen and dining table, and the prices are very good.
I appreciate the extra detail of adding a little spray hoses outside to wash the sand off of your feet.
Only thing I would complain about is The rooms get cleaned a little bit later than I would like, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and on the way to the room.

Great location. Nice ambiance especially the stone beds. Balcony view wasn't that good on my side, and the hotel was still under construction when I went there, so didn't get the chance to experience in it's full glory.

First and foremost the pictures here in Google are not from the hotel. See pictures attached.
The hotel is not really as great as it looks in Booking, or at least the room we got, which was in the basement. It smells on mold when you enter, it is dark and the furniture is stone. It is okay for a short stay, however, seeing the pictures from Booking, my expectations were way more.
However, the location is top and really good for the beach. If you don't mind the rooms, but you prefer good location, then it is for you.

Large rooms, quite low standard, in the middle of chaweng, couple minutes to the beach. Haven't had breakfast. Price for value is ok. It's not a palce if you look to relax. Loud neighborhood.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 5 days. One for my husband and I, and a room for my father. Both of our rooms were clean, beautifully presented and very comfortable. We met the owners during our stay and they were lovely people. They were very nice to us, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and the prices are extremely affordable. We were eating there everyday and the options they have are delicious. Everything about the hotel felt clean and safe. They also helped us with booking 2 tours which turned out to be so much fun and they were also able to give us a discount for booking through them. I honestly only have good things to say about this hotel, we left happy, impressed and the location couldn't of been better ! Its close to the beach, markets and not far from all the restaurants and bars 👍
