Located 10 km from the airport, in the Eastern part of Koh Samui, in the Central part of Lamai beach, on the beach.
The hotel has 70 rooms and villas in Thai style, all with views of the garden.
Total area: 10 000 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach, 20 m from the hotel (1 coastline). On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs: free of charge. Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). Pool towels: free of charge. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.

Best part about Pavilion Villas was really the service of the staff - they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful in many ways. The room was comfortable and luxurious, although some facilities were slightly older. The breakfast was great, and the location can't be beat - Lamai beach is literally right at your doorstep, with 1-for-1 cocktails to sip on as you enjoy the sea breeze. Can't recommend it enough!

Had a decent stay at Pavillion Samui. Normal standard rooms are not great by itself but better quality of rooms upgrade to hydro pool villas which is what we did. Manager was really friendly and nice. Cocktails are amazing in taste with happy hour providing buy 1 and get 1 offers and other times cocktails were with reasonable pricing. Decent food at the resort. Infinity pool was below average with restricted pool timings. Beach area close to Pavillion is quite and relaxing with mountain views on the other side. Worth visiting once only if you are staying in hydro pool villas.

Wow what a place, best accommodation ever in Thailand. Stayed in the Orchid with tremendous views from the balcony. Staff v friendly, amazing infinity pool and a private.path through the jungle to the village with lots of restaurants and bars. Can't wait to go back!

The best hotel in the world was for me and for my family.
The family villa is perfect, and the family really had a lot of fun, a perfect place on the sea with a professional staff, thank you very much for the shipment of the girl's swimsuit, you are champions. For sure, we will be back🥂

Overall Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort was "OK". It didn't quite look as impressive as the photos as it could do with some repairs and upkeep. Unfortunatly the bed was extremely hard but the rooms were nice enough and clean. Staff were helpful when needed. The spa felt a little like getting a massage in a toilet block and staff didn't show up to our first booking. The older pool could do with a clean but the infinity pool is nice. The beach looked like it would normally be nice but we had terrible weather while we were there so didn't get to enjoy it. Food is OK, but coffee is terrible... auto machine and had a waitress pour curdled milk into mine. Good location, lots to take in right outside the front door. It's a quiet resort, don't feel like there are people everywhere. Nice place for a budget no frills stay in KohSamui.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we came here twice within one month for a short weekend holiday.
Staff is super friendly and helpful, the restaurant offers great food (Thai & Italian) at a fair price and the resort is just beautiful overall.
You will have super quick access to the beach from any room and the hotel offers 3 pools to cool down (1 at your room, 1 infinity pool with beach view and another standard swimming pool).
You won't regret your holiday here!

I actually enjoyed my stay here for the most part. However, I am very frustrated with the bait-and-switch they pulled on our room. BEWARE OF THE PICTURES - what looks modern and nice could turn out to be on the “other wing” of buildings which were built first, and haven’t been renovated in years. Instead of concrete walls with nice art and open doors, prepare for the possibility of an old, run down room, with less open air and old finishings (same price point).
Staff are very friendly, food and cocktails are great. But make sure to use your food coupon they give you on the first night, because they had no flexibility in honoring it on our last night (to their defense we tried using it at the pool bar because they had an expensive buffet for the second of four nights we stayed at the restaurant; however we were ordering off the restaurant menu, and by the fourth night, because we ate at the resort so much, they definitely knew who we were).

We came by chance to have lunch at the restaurant inside a hotel. It is surprisingly good! Not only the food tasted rather delicious but we enjoy the view and services here too. Especially during the Covid time when everywhere nearby closed but the restaurant here remains open.

I had my wedding here and stayed for 4 nights. We stayed in a hydro pool villa which was beyond my expectations. The villa was incredible, with many great amenities. The pool was far bigger than expected. The wedding was absolutely superb and I need to thank Jang for arranging everything for us. She was fantastic and we couldn't have had our amazing day without her. All the staff were friendly and beyond helpful. It's an amazing place to stay and although it's more expensive than other places, the difference is well worth it. Thank you pavilion.
