Nakara Long Beach Resort - SHA Extra Plus in Lanta Island

Not very welcoming people hence shortened our stay at this place. Old hotel, too loud, breakfast is disappointing.

The room is far away from the lobby, swimming pool and etc. Hotel staff especially the front desk like dumb founded persons. Communication breakdown and some instances i find them rude and not responding to my priority when i requested my room to be locate nearer to the lobby and imaging carrying all the luggage yourself from one room to the other room. They told me there is a staff will assist me but waited long enough to justified he's not coming. Overall room are ok but roof are leaking and water dripping at the entrance of the toilet door. I personally will not be coming in for another stay but the advantage of this hotel beach front, you may bring your own beers and drink. Almost forgot to tell you, the occupation of the hotel are low. The free breakfast turnout was low too.that's tell you how bad is my stay. Luckily, 2nights was just enough.

The bungalow was okay and clean, but the food was the worst I've had in Thailand. Do NOT order burger or Ceasar salad! The salad wouldn't feed a child and had NO chicken. The burger was super small and I think the microwave it because it was kind of microwave dry.
