Baan Krating Pai Resort - SHA Plus

We got a room with very bad smell and our friends got a room with mouse shit on the beds and air conditioner not working. We tried to switch rooms but he wanted to give us smaller rooms and was very not nice so we moved to another hotel

Smelly rooms, infested with cockroaches, abandoned gardens, stagnant water in the swimming pool. The most expensive hotel we did in Thailand was expecting quality. Ending up being disappointed from start to end. We complained and they moved us into another room. It was exactly the same. DO NOT book this hotel in advance. Visit it first or pass your way.

First of all, the address which is mentioned on the website is wrong, so if you would like to book an accomodation close to the city, you will be disappointed. The hotel is quite far from the city and once we arrived there, there was no one. The hotel area could be very nice and it has a lot of potencial but it wasnt clean, the rooms are dark, the bathroom even darker. The pool isnt what they show on the pictures. It wasnt clean, there were leaves everywhere, and maybe 2-3 chairs. We didnt even stay there one night. Fortunately the man at the reception refunded the money straight away and we could check out.
