The room is comfort and clean also quite big for the Mountain View room at the 2nd floor. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good enough compared to the price. They offered the shuttle to pick up to/from the walking street area. We’re enjoyed the stay very much. Highly recommended!

The breakfast had a good variety and the staff were very helpful. The facilities were really nice, especially the infinity pool. However, the hotel is far from the city centre :(

Relatively quiet place, not too far from the night market with all facilities. Our room (villa) was not spacious but comes with a small terrace and view to the garden, next to the pool. Good value.

Great location with pool, varied breakfast with large buffet.
However, the cleanliness of the room is very mediocre, especially the bathroom was "cleaned" superficially.
In addition, the room would need a makeover.
Finally, it was annoying to have had to wait at check out for the room to be checked before leaving.

We stayed the grand deluxe room, quite big. Big shower area too. Comfortable for us and 3 luggage.
Only feel the hotel can improve their security, as there's few opening/entrance. There's CCTV, but I guess they can't really monitor fully on the whole premises. Swimming pool is closed for renovation now, but alternative pool at another hotel is provided if you required.

This hotel was the best! I still can't believe how the hotel can offer such a high quality facility at such a low price! Breakfast was excellent having mostly my favorites! Compared to other hotels in Chiangmai, Yoma hotel is much cheaper but offer greater facility, fantastic view and friendly staff.
I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Very good looking rooms with really good calming view to green hills. It's quiet enough and just 5 min from center by scooter or by bicycle (a saw they have some, probably for customers).

I liked the view from the room, so I stayed at the hotel after breakfast. The accommodation is also well managed. It is a place with friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. It was convenient because there was a service that would take you to Walking Street and bring you back when you called.

Great and spacious bungalow! The beds are super soft and the shower is great. There is a big breakfast with many options to choose from. If you want to go to the center, you can pick a bicycle for free. We loved our 4 day stay here.

Unless you plan on staying at the hotel all day purely for the view and not get out, it’s absolutely not worth the price.
* Facilities/amenities: 2/10
The hotel is falling apart/mostly
abandoned. Holes on sheets, dated room,
used towels/robs, dirty balconies, poorly
maintained murky pool, limited hot water…
etc. List goes on. No one is really around
to ground keep or take care of the
property.
Manager is absent and atrocious. When
we had no hot shower, he tried to make his
staff give us a hat(?) through the phone.

declined, he then proceeded to promise a
free dinner set at an adjacent hotel which
turned out to be a total disaster: no one
was informed, food was prepped out of
the freezer/inedible, and the he/she
receptionist treated us in such a disgrace
as if we went there freeloading.
* View: 8/10
It’s good but no better than any of the
view points/sunset bars. Again, unless
you plan on stay in the room(the more
expensive types) or sunbathing by the
pool all day, otherwise don’t even bother.
***Verdict: the only good thing about this
hotel is the view. You are paying for the
view and nothing else.
