I don't get the fuss about the old rooms/ bugs/ the location .
I stayed a whole week without a car or a loud polluted scooter, and it was perfectly fine . They got three shuttles back and forth to town .
they are growing crops & and you're in the middle of farm lands, so in the nature of things, there are insects.
The rooms are old but everything works perfectly & if you need something just ask and they will get it for you.
In the west, we plan our life , so you can plan your next meal beforehand as the kitchen closes around 4:30 . Smoothies stay a bit late .
Very well kept pool , open night and day . Peaceful even if neighbors a bit in a party mode .
I had a great peaceful time & thank you, ladies 🙏

its a bit far from Pai, around 10-15 mins by motorbike but its good value for the price you pay. the area is chill, they have a lake and the room is clean.

Hotel is the first when you come from Chiang Mai on the Mae hong son route.
Village cottage setting with private parking (everyone just park outside their houses/rooms). Room is a bit dated but I don't expect a renovation every 3 years.
However do avoid rooms that are side by side (blue ones) as there is virtually no soundproofing. Westerners drinking and puking on one side and overzealous Thai aunties on the other makes early sleeping near impossible.

This place has left me a bit mixed up in my first night. We booked the deluxe house but the room we got wasn’t properly maintained and we thought we’d been cheated out of out money. Gladly the hotel lady is the nicest person since she came to our aid in the pouring rain at 10 pm to listen to our complaints and without even trying to deter us she gave us another room (which was a lot better maintained and a proper hotel room) and offered us a separate umbrella to help move our stuff whenever we felt like it.
My opinion of the placed changed right there.
The location is a bit far from the center but its super tranquil and the resort itself is very pretty.
To not miss out on the exit to the resort keep and eye out on the map for a road going out from the main one before the bridge on your right side (when going oposite to pai)

The rooms are spacious and clean. It was super quiet in low season but the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were very kind. The place itself is quite big so I imagine a lot of maintenance goes on daily. We also had our own scooter so it was fine to head into town, our favourite was driving down Rural Rd Mae Hong Son instead of the main road. There's also some great places to eat around the area, including right next door. Very cute dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Great views, comfortable rooms, hot shower with plenty if pressure.
Lacked tea and cofee making facilities in my room and no safe.

Located at the WW2 Bridge so 10km from center. Nice quiet location with coffee and restaurant but beds were very low and old spring mattresses are saggy and uncomfortable. Room 800 baht per night. Only stayed one night due to beds being so uncomfortable and sagging.
