Family House Zen Boutique Resort

We had two connecting rooms which was convenient. The rooms are beautifully designed and the resort is peaceful and clean. The household team is very welcoming and we loved the breakfast, which is generosly served a la carte. Location is perfect, quite, just a 3-4 minute walk from the busting center. We couldn't ask for more!

We had to reschedule and ultimately cancel our reservation due to illness before we arrived, however, Sukan was very helpful and we appreciated the understanding. We hope to book again in the future.

The staff and service here bring a new meaning to hospitality, they could not have been more friendly or more helpful in regards to any questions or needs that we had during our stay. The rooms and grounds are delightful and you are only a 5 minute walk from the center of town while still being removed enough to feel the peace of the beautiful nature of Pai. I would certainly recommend staying here during your trip to Pai.

We were here for only one night because Pai didn't appeal to us with its atmosphere, but the complete opposite applies to this accommodation. Honestly, everything was perfect. Extremely kind hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were so gracious. Beautiful room, pool, and so far, the best breakfast we've had in Thailand (we've been here for a month). Everyone can find something from the wide breakfast selection, and you can order everything if you wish. We had two breakfasts, but I completely understand the royal court from the Middle Ages, who, having stuffed themselves with feathers, caused a choking reflex to continue the feast. Here, it's worth considering! :D :)))

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is family owned, everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. The bungalows are spacious and very clean. The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk outside of town, so it is easy to get to the busy walking street in the evening for dinner, but it is quieter at night. The breakfast was amazing, we could choose everything on the menu and they made it fresh for us. It was delicious. I can highly recommend staying here, we had a great time.

Warm and cozy property with the best owners/hosts. Felt welcome every moment we were in-house. Service is EXCELLENT 15 out of 10. They went above and beyond at every request. They are very knowledgeable and gave the beat recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. They consistently offered us fresh beautifully plated fruits and was always eager to take extra orders. The night market was a very short 5 min walk away and opposite the resort is a christian community. Highly recommend this resort in Pai and would definitely come back. We are the family of two adults and two kids. Stayed in “Family House” for two nights in October.
The hotel and the rooms are very clean and beautiful! Rooms are big. We’ve got a connected room with kids and it was super comfortable👍🏼

Breakfast is diverse and tasty! Kids loved it a lot and also did we :)

The location is a bit far from the walking area (all the restaurants and shops), but there is an hourly shuttle from the hotel to the area of the city and back. The hotel representative was always responsive, one evening we just wrote him on what’s app, so he could pick us up at the time that works for us.

We needed to do a laundry service and staff in the hotel arranged everything during 5 hours👍🏼

The staff is amazing! Super helpful and attentive, very pleasant and nice people!

The only thing that was a bit confusing are aunts in the room that we found out on our first night. We saw the aunt activity under the beds and they were randomly crawling up on top of the mattress. The next morning when we shared this fact with a staff, they sprayed a room and there were no aunts and mosquitos any more.
The water in the shower sometimes hot and sometimes cold, but this issue is something familiar also in other hotels in Thailand.

Together with that we would totally recommend the place! I am sure that with this kind of people any problem can be easily solved!

Stayed for 3 nights and in our rush, we forgot to bring some essential items.
Fortunately, Nong, the receptionist, was really helpful.
Not only did he lent us his adapter and a lock for the luggage, he also bought a brand new adapter for us.
He refused any sort of cash payment, so the least i could do was give a good review.
The rest of the staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Breakfast was really good too.

I would have given 6 stars if i could.

Very good hotel, the family runs it completely. The hotel is in a cabin structure so every room is separated.
Pros:
- super nice hosts
- almost perfectly clean
-
Cons:
- breakfast is menu based (see picture) and is not amazing.
- the local bridge which allows the river cross to the city has collapsed so going to the city and back is shuttle based (see pic).
- a bit pricey (Costs around 2300 baht/night).

In general I think it’s the best option in Pai.
