Very nice bungalows, right on the river, just outside the hustle and bustle. Just a few minutes' walk and you're in the heart of the tourist bustle. Wonderfully relaxing place! No breakfast, but delicious coffee is available from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Highly recommended!

As we drove into Pai, we followed the GPS to Pai River Corner, only to find ourselves crawling through a busy market street at 1 km/h, dodging people, carts, and cars—definitely find an alternate route in!
Once we arrived, the resort was absolutely beautiful, and our room felt like a vacation dream. The bed was perfectly comfortable, facing an open window and door that led to a serene river view. Across the water, we watched young people practicing yoga in tiny homes nestled among the trees—it was incredibly peaceful.
We didn’t try the breakfast, though it looked great. My son was eager to explore the town, but honestly, I would have loved to stay longer just to soak in the tranquility. I’d definitely stay here again, and next time, I’d make sure to enjoy it at a slower pace.

The shower was disgusting. It was a pity that I couldn't take a photo in time. The sanitary conditions were also worrying.

The villa is located by the Pai river with short walking distance to night market. We got the room at competitive rate. The bed was alright but only 2 pillows for queen bed, with a bad conditioned bathroom which I feel uneasy to step inside. Bathroom door is squeaking sharply too

Really lovely to sit by the river. The Thai food was not the absolute best. It was ok. But the drinks are great and the location is perfect to chill and listen to the water wheel and watch the river

very bad service, too expensive and they forgot my friend her meal. they suggested i tip them afterwards too. so weird. never coming back again

I went there to check avilebility and he give twice of the price that was in booking website, i told him that and he just ignored me. So bad customer service.

The Resort is well suited in town between the river and walking street. The restaurant has nice Thai food next to the river. I am sure the resort its self has seen better days prior to COVID, but it is a bit run down Jan 2022 at the time of my visit.

Great place to be. Cozy rooms with balconies and greens everywhere. Small swiming pool. Relatively quiet place. Restaurant by riverside. Average internet hotspots. Friendly staff.
Breakfast is mostly for farangs — different egg dishes with meat, and you can choose only one meal from 7 options, no deviation. So, if you like real Thai food, better to go outside.

Location is just great, facilities are very good and eating and drinking on the riverside terrace is just great. Just as the pool. Communication and hospitality is poor (no English) and bookings through Booking are not always noted by their office. So it's the place itself that makes up for everything. I'd definitely recommens this for enjoying the Pai-Buzz but escaping it just at the end of the street.
