The room is quite big and clean. At this price, it also comes with very nice breakfastv including salad I love, and good location as well (close to beach road and Terminal 21) A great value and the best choice in Pattaya.

I'll give 5 star to their sweet staff, especially the lady housekeeper of the 5th floor. I like the design and decor of the hotel but regret that it is not maintained properly. Quite a few important items didn't work as it should be, door jammed, safe box didn't work and most importantly the toilet. Inconsistent water pressure, hence the water heater is not functioning well. Otherwise, it is a beautiful hotel with acceptable cleanliness. Great location with just 1 minute from the beach and public transportation.

Nice,Quiet and Cozy hotel. Room is very spacious and clean. But not enough lighting in the room therefore abit dark.
Breakfast is normal but enough to fuel up😊
Good location to Beach, pharmacy, Malls, restaurants, Massage and etc.
There is very fast laundry service - give before 11am received by 6pm.

I recommand 100% this hotel.

You have your own balcony. And they provide a hanger to dry you swimming clothes.

Very quiet place.

The desk space was great, I could see the sea, while on the computer.

The internet is fully fonctionnal. No protocol restriction.

The shower room, can accommode two people at the same time easily.

Just outside the hotel, you have two laundry shop. In the same street you have a pharmacy. Not too far, you have a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven open 24/7. And the "BathBus" are available at each end of the road. The sea is only 4 minutes walk from the hotel.

May I sugest you to tip everyday your maid because she deserve it. She will clean your rooms, the corridor to your room, the lift and so on... If you need anything, ask and she will provided it to you with a big smile on her face!

The hotel is very clean. And the maid was always smiling. Guy don't forget to tip the cleaning lady, she is Super Nice.👍

Amazing hotel to stay at. Excellent view and friendly staff. Best place for Value for Money. Large rooms good balcony and if ur looking for two rooms then most of the balcony are connected. Highly recommended.

I can see beach from my room. Two queen beds, breakfast, perfect for a family of four. Staff are friendly. Only down side is the limited parking space.

The view from the 7th floor is awesome. you can watch the beach from the hotel. And the room service ware great.
