First of all, I would like to note the friendliness of the staff - it is top notch!
Now about the disadvantages:
1. The hotel is old. The room stock is completely destroyed. Shabby walls, chipped tiles, mold on the ceiling and walls, both in the bathroom and the entire room. The door lock to the room, which worked only occasionally, read the card every other time.
2. The air conditioner is something special. It blows directly onto the bed, while it has two modes - cold and off. As a result, we went home with a cold.
3. Ants that trampled a path along the wall from the trash can to the air conditioner. The trash can is open, without a lid.
4. We arrived at the hotel, lost our reservation and spent the night in the staff room, the hotel did not compensate for this day.
5. There was a power outage for a day, the issue was resolved only the next day. Although the lights were on in the neighboring hotel. We were not offered any options.
6. There is a strange smell in the hotel aisles, perhaps they do not throw out the trash well. Or there is a problem with the hoods.
7. The tulle is torn, apparently many people touched it when opening the sliding door.
8. Torn towels are brought to the room.
9. The hood in the bathroom does not work at all, the smell lingers for a long time. The shower has a small shower head and a painful stream.
10. Bad pool and no sun loungers, we had to go to the neighboring hotel, but we were there on "bird rights" and therefore did not allow ourselves to swim, only lay and sunbathed.
On the plus side, a normal breakfast, a fast elevator.
