Best Bella Mini-hotel

Cons: Staff is not polite at all. No options for vegetarian except for bread and fruit. More european style restaurant. Ants often seen in the rooms.

Basic toiletries only - shower gel (they say its 3 in 1) and shower cap, ear buds.

Pros: Very close to Terminal 21 and beach.

Disappointed at the location it is not on the beach front and in fact is quite a long way from any beach. The hotel free shuttle to the main area is never working. The internet in the room is never working, the cable TV is never working, only Thai TV channels mainly news and shopping with some Thai sports mainly boxing. The restaurant was closed after breakfast. There is nothing less than about 12 to 15 minutes walk away I mean nothing. Security fencing from other hotels and building sites which makes the walk hot and boring. I ended up using Grab taxis most days which added considerably to the cost of my stay. Many families and the children seemed to be having a good time. But for a single solo traveller I didn't feel comfortable using the small swimming pool or any of the amenities because of the amount of children. On the plus side the room was big and the cleaner was excellent. The air con was good. I wish I had booked a seat view. My balcony did overlook the pool but also the rather ugly roof tops and back of nearby buildings. The water in the hotel both in the bathroom and even the fountain near reception stank I bought a bottle of perfume and sprayed everywhere, more added expense. I have been a regular visitor to the Pattaya area for more than thirty years. There are much better hotels near the beach with everything working at cheaper prices, in fact I moved to one today 😍
