The location is good ...but rooms are old with noisy air-condition and things that donr work. We took many rooms unfortunately.
The receptionist is very Very rude if you are not caucasian...its a woman and the manager Phum always comes for rescue.
I will not recommend this hotel for family stay or even couples.

Pros:
- Really amazing location, close to Central Marina and nightlife.
- No Joiner / Guest fees.
- Very welcoming and helpful staff, also they have a lot of white old foreigners here. Most I ever seen anywhere, but pattaya has a lot in general.

Cons:
-Wifi keeps on asking to login, but if you have iOS you can save your login in Passwords to make it a bit easier.
-The bathroom feels cheap, especially because the shower area is not covered by any walls. So if you take a shower, the whole floor will be wet.
- Sometimes you can hear the sounds of pattaya (iykyk) at night/early morning so it's not family friendly but doesn't bother me.

In need of an upgrade, the rooms are very dated, no amenities to speak of, poor bedding, paper thin doors and squeaky air conditioning. Only one power point ( shared with the TV) with two not grounded plugs make charging your devices a challenge

Staff are very helpful and polite, nice large and full sun exposure swimming pool.

Be going to Sabai Lodge every year for 14 years. Love it. Cheap and clean. Friendly staff, clean 2 swimming lovely swim pools. Tar is the barman and he us lovely and fun, Say hello "Tar" and will give you a nice smile. A pleasure to sit at the bar, with snacks. You must try it. Cheers, Pat (live in Bangkok)

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY
The receptionist was very unfriendly, the room I was booked it not the same room and I asked for change the room but she said all the room is full… I had to stay 3 days in tiny windows with no view😂 🤬
noise for water liking, wifi not working, no amenities in the room,tv broken, noisy air con and super cold..can not change the temperature. Definitely I will never back to there

great place rooms a little old but very big.nice pool rooms all around the pool area so not to far to walk.all shops and beach within easy walking distance.great value for your hard earned coins.i will be back

Checking in was horrible front desk told me a head of time that my room has electrical problems. It was the only room available they said which was a lie because the rooms next to me was vacant for 2 days. Also my A/C unit wasn’t working properly. Front desk I notice if you tip them they will help you. My first and last time to stay there. Only reason I stayed there was because of the location and my buddy was also staying there. Service is quite bad . The bell boy and cleaning maid was the only nicest people there. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all to anyone.

Great VALUE for money. best location in the area for its price. near the beach and Terminal 21 department store and restaurants, massage. Pool bar and beautiful pool to hang out.
