Phi Phi Ba Kao Bay Resort

Extremely nice staff, really helpful and ready to make your stay unforgettable (especially Din).
Din came to pick us up at the pier, brought our luggages at the bungalow and was really helpful in organizing our way back. We decided to extend our stay to 1 additional night and they easily found a solution.

The location is great, in the middle of the local village and close to all restaurants. You need 2/3 minutes to reach the beach.

The bungalow was really clean and the bed sheets as well.
Yes you will be waken up at 5am by a 2 minutes Adhan (early morning Muslim call) but did not bother me that much.

Finally, price/quality ratio was more than fine and the standard of the hotel was clearly to expectations for the price.
About the negative comments, you are on an island, in the middle of the jungle and far from Europe, if you expect the same quality as in your place for that price and if you are scared about little bugs, I recommend you save a bit more money and go to the 5* hotel located right aside with European standard.

Staff were lovely, especially Dedan! Awesome location on the quieter side of the island with a convenience store just outside the hotel. Rooms were simple but did the job, bathroom wasn’t great.

We had an amazing time staying in Phiphi Bakao Bay Resort. Located far away from the party side of the Island, however near a few nice restaurants and bars. Perfect if you are looking to relax and be connected with the nature.

We were impressed with the service provided by Saodin, he organised a boat to pick us up near the main pier, and he would also drive us from the beach to the hotel whenever we needed.

Amazing private boat trip organised by the hotel in the afternoon took us to Maya bay, monkey beach and we could watch the sunset from the boat. This was a 10/10 experience.

The room was very clean and spacious, simple with everything you need.

I saw that most people the comments were complaining about the cleanliness of the rooms! But you have clearly never been out of Europe as this were more than normal conditions for a local bungalow!

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Location is great.
It’s near the Bakao bay & the Lana bay.
Both bays are quiet and not packed with tourists and unwanted noises.
The staff is passionate, friendly, and truly shows the hospitality of Thai.
My family and I stayed here for three nights. We joined a half-day tour to Maya bay. The tour was very enjoyable.
Overall a pleasant stay!

We loved the bungalow even with some housekeeping and maintenance issues. Nice staff, especially the guys who come get you from the pier. Super friendly, helpful and strong!!!

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Had to book very last minute and this was the only place on the island we found looked lovely but was so affordable. The rooms were so clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were amazing and assisted us with everything we needed. You have a short walk to the beach or access to their new pool which is lovely. It appeared they were in the middle of a few renovations so I can’t imagine how nice it’s going to be when that is all completed too. Highly recommend, so easy to larger hotel facilities, or the little local town right behind with such vibrancy, cheap and amazing food and cocktails also!
