I’m so sorry to hear that Florian had a trekking accident and passed away.😢Truly a very tragic and sad thing! His spirit shall continue to guide all and bless you dear staff as you continue to honor him and represent him at Zeavola!😊
It was an amazing experience, the villas are so beautiful with incredible attention to detail. The staff, led by Florian, the general manager, were friendly and helpful and simply made it the best experience I've ever had at a beach resort. We stayed a number of days in a Superior Premium bungalow (upgraded from a Garden bungalow) which was located near the beach. The interior was very fresh and comfy and the bungalow looked very new or recently renovated. Around the resort on the beach you had plenty of opportunities to eat outside the resort. Overall a very nice location, excellent service,…
We were a group of 5 who stayed 1 night at the resort and how we regret only staying one night! The huge property which offers different styles of rooms with and without private pools. we had a very comfortable stay and even booked excursions with the hotel which were private and beyond compare!! Highly recommend and if I visit phiphi again, I definitely will visit again!
I have stayed in this resort for a one night. I really enjoyed the beach as there were no crowds. The breakfast buffet was good. However, in the restaurant, they charge 10% for service even if you pay in cash. Also, getting to the hotel takes time and money. You have first to get to Aotonsai Pier by boat or ferry then you book another fast boat to get to the resort location.
My stay at Phi Phi holiday resort was amazing. The location is fantastic. When we arrived we were provided with a room upgrade. There was a huge variety of food to choose from everyday. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, they were all so friendly and helpful. Overall I had a 10/10 experience at this resort and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to the Phi Phi islands.
The best thing about this hotel is the location. On one end of the hotel is the beautiful beach with crystal clear water, and on the other side you will find the Sunset infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The food in this hotel is delicious, we tried Thai food from Jimmy’s Cafe and ordered room service a couple of times (the margarita pizza is the best we’ve had in Thailand). Breakfast...
It took lots of effort to reach here by taking boat and stuff, but I would say IT WORTH! We stayed at Unit 102, Deluxe Bungalow room by the beach. we enjoyed the beach just few steps away from the room. Beach was absolutely beautiful and quite. we were able to book activities from the diving center (I recommend bringing personal snorkeling tools for the hygiene though, which I didn't prepare and regret...

Hotel is quite remote in comparison to the main part of the island, transfer boats are available but hard to get back after 7/8pm Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice and really enjoyed the food. Bed was comfortable, lots of space, very clean.
I visited Saii Phi Phi for a few nights after returning to the island after ten years. This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi. Be mindful of this and contact the hotel to arrange their much cheaper 2nd boat transfer to the resort's private beach as opposed to paying your own...

Good for short stay. Rooms are simple but ok, clean, comfortable bed. Windows have mosquito nets. You can hear the beach bar music but still ok to sleep (anyway I think you hear the music on the whole island, they are terribly loud and annoying when you are on the beach). Location is in a quiet area (no bar or restaurant around) but on the way you cross a stinky klong with black water and lots of trash...
The host was extremely friendly with us. The room is good considering the low price we paid for it, it had a small balcony, A/C, a tv, and it was very clean. The only difficulty for me was the location, it was a little bit far from everything. But I read from other reviews that it used to be a noisy area at night, which is totally not the case now. It was very quiet and we had a good sleep.
The host was so friendly, really helpful giving advice about things to do, also helped booking tours and transport off the island. The room was fairly basic but clean and certainly adequate for the cheap price paid. Main issue was slightly out of the hosts control, but related to noise. We stayed a bit further out of the main town to avoid the loud bars and clubs but the Ibiza pool party was so loud...
The people who work here are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to help you. You can rent free snorkeling gear and they are so well informed about the island. The rooms smell great and are well air-conditioned. Extremely clean and the WiFi works perfectly. Love this place!
Really lovely place spent only 1 night here :( the owner was very very welcoming and made us feel right at home. He upgraded us to a air con which was very nice of him. Perfect location unless your not scared of a 5 minute walk from the heart of the party
I really enjoyed my stay at Kitty Guesthouse. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I felt very at home. The staff suggested and booked a wonderful full day snorkelling and boat trip for me as well. I ended up extending my stay. I would definitely recommend Kitty Guesthouse to anyone staying in Phi Phi.

What can I say, a year has passed since our amazing wedding on Phi Phi Island. We could not have imagined how fantastic a day we would have, just the two of us and the lovely resort staff. You all made our day an amazing experience, from start to finish. Today is our first Wedding Anniversary and we have a lovely collection of photos to remember the day. If anyone is thinking of a getaway wedding...
A group of guests had their own speaker on at the common pool area for 1.30 hours before I called the reception. The music was turned down but still on so had to call again a few times every half an hour or so. It was turned off after nearly 3 hours The guest relation manager later called my room and said every time I called she sent a staff to the pool area and the music wasn’t loud. And told me...
Great Experience :)

The staff were very attentive and friendly. They provided anything we asked: more ice, coconuts, hammock, kayak.. I even saw them playing with the kids while guests were dining. The hotel is maintained perfectly clean while most of the other places looked abandoned(during covid). I would definitely recommend this place!
excellent place in tropical style resort coconut tree at every house, and fresh-cut coconut available to serve u anytime u ask for, friendly and warm-service staff good food at affordable price their beach front attach to opposite side of island from the pier pool was great, clean, with pool bar highly recommend, p.s. i came here during COVID pandemic so there were very fes tourists, but the hotel...
One of the good ones. It's all great. Excellent and caring staff, feeling of an island. Excellent hotel restaurant Just consider a five minute walk to the stalls and restaurants. tides and low are very significant
The place layout is very cute and everything is well kept. The food at the restaurant was super good and they prepared vegetarian options to our request. The staff was kind, specially one guy working at the restaurant and pool area. The receptionist not quite kind but luckily, one doesn’t have to deal with her much. Really don't understand the negative reviews. Room was large and clean. Beds are firm as usual in Thailand. Staff is friendly, amazing value for money.
Really simple accommodation, do not expect so much. Excelent location, just in front of the Ton Sai pier, restaurants and shopping but far enough from bars with loud music, so you can sleep easily. Internet was good in both rooms I stayed. I asked to change from room 11 to 9 which was much better, spacious. They change towels every day, they change sheets every second day. There is no elevator.
Very nice little hotel in Phi Phi island. Close to the pier and the nightlife, but still quiet. Rooms are big and spacious, location is good in my opinión, and the price is more than fair. Recommended for sure.
Located in the center of a touristic village. Depends if you like that. I think it's really convenient for the purpose we where looking for. It's also clean and totally not expensive. Very friendly staff aswell. And not noisy at night!

Outdated room and we had cockroaches in the room coming thru the aircondition. Lots of construction noises right next to the rooms. Breakfast was Alright. The Pool itself was nice but could get some more regularly cleaning. The Location is pretty good, Not far to the Center but far enough to not hear any Music.
Rooms are super dirty and the hotel building looks like horrible dark.. I couldn’t sleep for fear of ghosts in darkness.. Stuffs are good.. But the best part is the sea view from its swimming pool.
Maybe for this money you can't find a better option on the island, but this hotel is good only for one or two nights maximum. The rooms are not the nicest and best, but okay. The bathroom looks sad. The mirror in our room was very old and broken. Room 130. The shower door is held by one rail only, It probably will fall one day and hotel will charge the guest, because they have a damage list in a room...
If you are planning to stay at Phi Phi Island, then it is a wonderful premium property to stay and relax. Rooms are big, clean and come with a balcony space and access to swimming pool. Beach is across the road and resort's restaurant has a sea-view. Though, none of the rooms have sea-view. Overall, this resorts gives you a nice and luxury vibe. A good place to stay if you are visiting Phi Phi.
This is very well priced resort on Phi Phi Island. We had a free luggage transfer to and from the pier which was nice. You can book tours from the lobby if you would like. There is a nice pool and beach towel rentals. My favorite thing was the free breakfast every morning that changes slightly everyday.
Nice resort. Staffs members is carefully. Rooms is clean. The attention is need to shower water is very low, but is common in the island. I prolong my staying in Phi Phi and the front staff is very attention to I no needed change the room. Very recommended. And is next time I stay here again.

The Villas, along with the view are amazing. The place is rundown though with no maintenance which we found odd. Great service though, friendly staff and complimentary long boat to/from the main pier.
Amazing views, service, food. Had a great time here. Look forward to staying at Villa 360 again
Don't go by their pictures. They still need to do the place up alot!
The staff was very helpful when I sprained my ankle getting off the truck. With that being said, lots of steps and uneven sidewalks causing the incident. Breathtaking views and within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants. It's very secluded allowing you to hide away if you choose.
OMG this place is beautiful! Secluded and quiet. Good breakfast. Everyone who works here is super nice and its easy to get around to other islands as well.
Expensive location. You pay the view... The rooms are not quite new and air-tight. It's near the jungle so in the night there are many many bugs out there. Staff is ok. But the rooms need reconditioning.

This is a traditional Thai-style wooden building. The rooms and balconies have a very Thai flavor. The overall environment and equipment are not too old or too high-end. Beautiful and clean Beach and with mostly clean water but still some plastic trash is floating in the water. Because of the trash problem with most of the beaches all over Thailand I would actually rate this Beach only three stars. But beside many other Beaches in Thailand is this one cared about and properly cleaned and tourist crowds that visit are kept small to give nature a chance to rehabilitate...
Facilities are somewhat old, but it was enough for an island resort. Recently Phi Phi is as crowded as Phuket, but it is very quiet with people who are staying at the hotel playing good with good access, which is located on the north side of the island. This is a very secluded resort at the very end of the main Phi Phi Don beach. I purposely chose this resort for the price & location. As soon as we reached this place, we were happy that we booked the right place for ourselves. Everything is good about this property but the only downside I see here is the steep walkways you have to take to reach your rooms on the hilly side.
