Way better than I imagined! A lot of the accommodation on Phi phi seems to be a lot more basic - but P2 wood loft was great. Everything we needed, comfy beds, good location And the team were really lovely, even held our bags for us to keep exploring the island as we had an afternoon ferry. This is a great hotel placed very nice in the town, everything is very close. Its a perfect fit for those that are not gonna stay in the hotel room for the whole duration of their stay. This is very well priced resort on Phi Phi Island. We had a free luggage transfer to and from the pier which was nice. You can book tours from the lobby if you would like. There is a nice pool and beach towel rentals. My favorite thing was the free breakfast every morning that changes slightly everyday.

As soon as we reached this place, we were happy that we booked the right place for ourselves. Everything is good about this property but the only downside I see here is the steep walkways you have to take to reach your rooms on the hilly side. It's definitely tiring when you're returning back to your room after exploring the island all day.

The resort itself was great, however, the location wasn't the most convenient. The only way to access the resort is by long boat which adds seclusion if that's what you're looking for. If you want to go into the village, it's gonna cost you $100-200 THB per person each way ($4-8 CDN). It's a reasonable cost but can add up quickly. It also limits you to food options which are somewhat disappointing...

The stay here was okay. I also booked scuba diving at the dive center, which was close and convenient. The pool was small considering the number of patrons, and the beach lounge has old chairs with debris laying around. Perhaps due to the rainy season, but regardless.

To start, you need to understand that Phi Phi is not glamorous by any means. This is nice considdering most accomodations at this price or less are hostels. There is breakfast, the room is cleaned daily, you can use beach towels. It is centrally located and one block from the beach. It is still quiet, however. For an inexpensive hotel option, it works.
