We stayed a number of days in a Superior Premium bungalow (upgraded from a Garden bungalow) which was located near the beach. We were a group of 5 who stayed 1 night at the resort and how we regret only staying one night! The huge property which offers different styles of rooms with and without private pools. we had a very comfortable stay and even booked excursions with the hotel which were private and beyond compare!! Highly recommend and if I visit phiphi again, I definitely will visit again!

I have stayed in this resort for a one night. I really enjoyed the beach as there were no crowds. The breakfast buffet was good. However, in the restaurant, they charge 10% for service even if you pay in cash. Also, getting to the hotel takes time and money. You have first to get to Aotonsai Pier by boat or ferry then you book another fast boat to get to the resort location.

My stay at Phi Phi holiday resort was amazing. The location is fantastic. When we arrived we were provided with a room upgrade. There was a huge variety of food to choose from everyday. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, they were all so friendly and helpful. Overall I had a 10/10 experience at this resort and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to the Phi Phi islands.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. On one end of the hotel is the beautiful beach with crystal clear water, and on the other side you will find the Sunset infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It took lots of effort to reach here by taking boat and stuff, but I would say IT WORTH! We stayed at Unit 102, Deluxe Bungalow room by the beach. we enjoyed the beach just few steps away from the room. Beach was absolutely beautiful and quite. we were able to book activities from the diving center (I recommend bringing personal snorkeling tools for the hygiene though, which I didn't prepare and regret...

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They brought everything we asked for: more ice, coconuts, a hammock, a kayak... I even saw them playing with the kids while the guests were having lunch. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, while most other places look abandoned (during covid). I definitely recommend this place!

Really don't understand the negative reviews. Room was large and clean. Beds are firm as usual in Thailand. Staff is friendly, amazing value for money.

Really simple accommodation, do not expect so much. Excelent location, just in front of the Ton Sai pier, restaurants and shopping but far enough from bars with loud music, so you can sleep easily. Internet was good in both rooms I stayed. I asked to change from room 11 to 9 which was much better, spacious. They change towels every day, they change sheets every second day. There is no elevator.

Outdated room and we had cockroaches in the room coming thru the aircondition. Lots of construction noises right next to the rooms. Breakfast was Alright. Rooms are super dirty and the hotel building looks like horrible dark.. I couldn’t sleep for fear of ghosts in darkness.. Stuffs are good.. But the best part is the sea view from its swimming pool.

Maybe for this money you can't find a better option on the island, but this hotel is good only for one or two nights maximum. The rooms are not the nicest and best, but okay. The bathroom looks sad. If you are planning to stay at Phi Phi Island, then it is a wonderful premium property to stay and relax. Rooms are big, clean and come with a balcony space and access to swimming pool. Beach is across the road and resort's restaurant has a sea-view. Though, none of the rooms have sea-view. Overall, this resorts gives you a nice and luxury vibe. A good place to stay if you are visiting Phi Phi.

This is very well priced resort on Phi Phi Island. We had a free luggage transfer to and from the pier which was nice. You can book tours from the lobby if you would like. There is a nice pool and beach towel rentals. My favorite thing was the free breakfast every morning that changes slightly everyday.

Hotel is quite remote in comparison to the main part of the island, transfer boats are available but hard to get back after 7/8pm Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice and really enjoyed the food. Bed was comfortable, lots of space, very clean.

I visited Saii Phi Phi for a few nights after returning to the island after ten years. This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi. Be mindful of this and contact the hotel to arrange their much cheaper 2nd boat transfer to the resort's private beach as opposed to paying your own...

The Villas, along with the view are amazing. The place is rundown though with no maintenance which we found odd. Great service though, friendly staff and complimentary long boat to/from the main pier.

The staff was very helpful when I sprained my ankle getting off the truck. With that being said, lots of steps and uneven sidewalks causing the incident. Breathtaking views and within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants. It's very secluded allowing you to hide away if you choose.

OMG this place is beautiful! Secluded and quiet. Good breakfast. Everyone who works here is super nice and its easy to get around to other islands as well.

Expensive location. You pay the view... The rooms are not quite new and air-tight. It's near the jungle so in the night there are many many bugs out there. Staff is ok. But the rooms need reconditioning.

The resort is very big and has multiple different pools and restaurants throughout. There are many activities to enjoy like paddle boarding and kayaking. You can also walk straight onto the beach from the resorts, the beds are comfy, and breakfast was great.

Locate just next to a beach. You can spend an afternoon in the pool bar and swim or kayak in the sea. Quite noisy at night because there are parties with loud music.m

Quiet place, amazing for couples and families. Far from the noisy town.. Right, its under construction now, we were not bothered by this at all. Its far from the city, but they have free shuttles to town and to the beach, and we wanted this awsome view and lovely quite!

This place is one of the very best ones on the Phi Phi Don island and in whole Ao nang! A very nice hotel. But you have to tell them to clean your room, the pool also you have to clean more times because the water is not so clean after all the people that swim there. And you have to clean the rooms more professional than you do the first time that I get into the room it was smelling very nice after they clean not the same.
