SAii Phi Phi was a good time. It has 2 swimming pools and the water at the beach looks so blue from the resort's main lobby! I liked it.

Excellent stay. Everything was perfect!! So nice and calm. Convenient witj the small village around the corner.

Nice place to getaway. Not many stuff to do around the hotel.

It's average, in the woods, there are a lot of mosquitoes, the Paradise Pearl next to it and the ones further away are better, the beach is open

We had a great room with a large, separate living room and a bathtub in the bathroom and a great seaview. The resort is very quiet but be aware of monkeys and make sure all doors and windows are closed at all times! We loved the stay at this resort and had a great time! See you again hopefully soon :)

It was an amazing experience, the villas are so beautiful with incredible attention to detail. The staff, led by Florian, the general manager, were friendly and helpful and simply made it the best experience I've ever had at a beach resort. I went diving with the resort's dive center both days, incredible dives and personalized service... Can't wait to go back in November when diving season...

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They brought everything we asked for: more ice, coconuts, a hammock, a kayak... I even saw them playing with the kids while the guests were having lunch. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, while most other places look abandoned (during covid). I definitely recommend this place!

Hotel is quite remote in comparison to the main part of the island, transfer boats are available but hard to get back after 7/8pm Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice and really enjoyed the food. Bed was comfortable, lots of space, very clean.

I visited Saii Phi Phi for a few nights after returning to the island after ten years. This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi. Be mindful of this and contact the hotel to arrange their much cheaper 2nd boat transfer to the resort's private beach as opposed to paying your own...

The Villas, along with the view are amazing. The place is rundown though with no maintenance which we found odd. Great service though, friendly staff and complimentary long boat to/from the main pier.

The staff was very helpful when I sprained my ankle getting off the truck. With that being said, lots of steps and uneven sidewalks causing the incident. Breathtaking views and within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants. It's very secluded allowing you to hide away if you choose.

Expensive location. You pay the view... The rooms are not quite new and air-tight. It's near the jungle so in the night there are many many bugs out there. Staff is ok. But the rooms need reconditioning.

This is our second visit to Mamas and we will return again. The resort is amazing: clean rooms, great sea views, kind and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. They have also a beach bar and private beach that offers privacy and relaxation on the Island.

We have stayed on both sides of the island and I prefer this side. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main area of restaurants etc but having a basically private beach is worth it! Amazing stay at Mama beach for just 1 night, we had a seaview room and a garden room and the standard of both rooms was 1st class. Best resort on Ko Phi Phi if you don't mind roughing it a bit. Their bamboo huts get a great breeze and are isolated with privacy and quiet. Snorkeling right of the beach is fantastic but take a quick boat ride to Mosquito Island for an incredible snorkel experience. Accessible by long tail or walking path over the viewpoint. Restaurant food is excellent, beer is cold, and staff are easygoing and fun

White sand, crystal clear water and coconut trees galore. Serene, peaceful and totally secluded. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, away from the crowds, this is the place! Excellent for couples, to solo travelers it is recommended to stay in ton sai unless you wanna experience quiet solitude. This place has a restaurant, shuttle boat to ton sai twice a day... That's it.

This resort was absolutely epic! The beach was so beautiful and clear and the hotel room was so lovely. The staff were really great and we had an amazing two night stay here. Please note this resort is only accessible by boat, so it can be expensive if you want to go back and forth to the main phiphi town. Had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary. Stayed for 3 nights to relax and unwind before a busy trip in Bangkok for weddings. Service and staff were amazing and all so friendly. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing! The beachfront junior suite had everything we needed and was always stocked with fresh towels, water, and nespresso pods. Thank you SAii!

Overall our stay was nice, however we feel it’s lacking in a few areas for a 5 star resort. Swimming pool bar was never open, or no one was willing to serve or make effort, in cleaning etc. Food overall was pretty average at all restaurants in the resort. I would give it a 4 star with room for improvement, little upgrades would go a long way in all aspects of the resort.

Getting there from the ferry is a long way, so be prepared to walk at leat 15 minutes. The rooms are ok with a decent view to the island. There a gym downstairs and you can use it.
