Hotel is quite remote in comparison to the main part of the island, transfer boats are available but hard to get back after 7/8pm Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice and really enjoyed the food. Bed was comfortable, lots of space, very clean.

I visited Saii Phi Phi for a few nights after returning to the island after ten years. This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They provided anything we asked: more ice, coconuts, hammock, kayak.. I even saw them playing with the kids while guests were dining. The staff was very helpful when I sprained my ankle getting off the truck. With that being said, lots of steps and uneven sidewalks causing the incident. Breathtaking views and within walking distance of a few bars and restaurants. It's very secluded allowing you to hide away if you choose.

Getting there from the ferry is a long way, so be prepared to walk at leat 15 minutes. The rooms are ok with a decent view to the island. There a gym downstairs and you can use it.

We stayed a number of days in a Superior Premium bungalow (upgraded from a Garden bungalow) which was located near the beach. We were a group of 5 who stayed 1 night at the resort and how we regret only staying one night! The huge property which offers different styles of rooms with and without private pools. we had a very comfortable stay and even booked excursions with the hotel which were private and beyond compare!! Highly recommend and if I visit phiphi again, I definitely will visit again!

I have stayed in this resort for a one night. I really enjoyed the beach as there were no crowds. The breakfast buffet was good. However, in the restaurant, they charge 10% for service even if you pay in cash. Also, getting to the hotel takes time and money. You have first to get to Aotonsai Pier by boat or ferry then you book another fast boat to get to the resort location.

My stay at Phi Phi holiday resort was amazing. The location is fantastic. When we arrived we were provided with a room upgrade. There was a huge variety of food to choose from everyday. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, they were all so friendly and helpful. Overall I had a 10/10 experience at this resort and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to the Phi Phi islands.

The resort is one the quiet part of the island so it's quiet, there is a nice swimming pool and a beach in front of the hotel. Little points to consider : the water in the rooms was a bit salty (I guess they recycle water from the sea). Also, the breakfast is really cheap (i mean , I would love to have something else that an instant coffee for breakfast)

Everything it perfect except the behaviour of receptionists who wear braces. She was so rude 😒. When I wanted the supplementary water 4 times, she told me, " I was lying. I had already drank it and wanted it again. My country's people are liyer " that was so disappointing 😞

Outdated room and we had cockroaches in the room coming thru the aircondition. Lots of construction noises right next to the rooms. Breakfast was Alright. The Pool itself was nice but could get some more regularly cleaning. The Location is pretty good, Not far to the Center but far enough to not hear any Music.

Rooms are super dirty and the hotel building looks like horrible dark.. I couldn’t sleep for fear of ghosts in darkness.. Stuffs are good.. But the best part is the sea view from its swimming pool.

If you are planning to stay at Phi Phi Island, then it is a wonderful premium property to stay and relax. Rooms are big, clean and come with a balcony space and access to swimming pool. Beach is across the road and resort's restaurant has a sea-view. Though, none of the rooms have sea-view. Overall, this resorts gives you a nice and luxury vibe. This is very well priced resort on Phi Phi Island. We had a free luggage transfer to and from the pier which was nice. You can book tours from the lobby if you would like. There is a nice pool and beach towel rentals. My favorite thing was the free breakfast every morning that changes slightly everyday.

As soon as we reached this place, we were happy that we booked the right place for ourselves. Everything is good about this property but the only downside I see here is the steep walkways you have to take to reach your rooms on the hilly side. The resort itself was great, however, the location wasn't the most convenient. The only way to access the resort is by long boat which adds seclusion if that's what you're looking for. If you want to go into the village, it's gonna cost you $100-200 THB per person each way ($4-8 CDN). It's a reasonable cost but can add up quickly. Location is very good near the gorgeous long beach area. The hotel is very nice but in need of some renovation as it is showing its age. Quiet place, amazing for couples and families. Far from the noisy town.. Right, its under construction now, we were not bothered by this at all. Its far from the city, but they have free shuttles to town and to the beach, and we wanted this awsome view and lovely quite!

This place is one of the very best ones on the Phi Phi Don island and in whole Ao nang! When arriving to Ko Phi Phi Don by a ferry or by a boat, one can most likely notice the big white resort on top of the hills - that one is PP Mountain Beach Resort :) The customer service is phenomenally good. The resort is very new, so everything is modern and clean. The rooms are spacious, with minibars, comfortable...

Beautiful resort right on the beach. Friendly staff, room service, restaurant. Not many people right now due to reopening. It's almost like having your own personal pool and beach.

What I love about this place is the swimming pool, it stays right close to the beach that you can enjoy the jacuzzi, the pool, and the sea view at the same time.

It’s easy and close to go to the beach in front of the resort. and I visited here during peak season. It would be good to manage detailed things such as preparation of breakfast and place to take a shower outside. Right one worked but the other one didn’t work. In general, everything is good.

Reasonable price but a little crowdy and poor services. Room are not clean enough

Nice front beach resort close to the pier and to Phi Phi center. Rooms are large and clean and there is a big common pool with sea view. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay here.

For the Price you pay PP INSULA is perfect friendly staff, comfy rooms, nice people and cutest cats on Phi Phi!! Also the location is perfect walking distance to everything you could want to do…I will be back!

The cutest & nicest owners and staff! Clean big rooms, good aircondition and wifi. Quiet, my room was not facing the street. Very short distance to everything you need! Nice to have two pillows and new bottles of water every day:)

I stayed at this place for the second time and I believe it offers excellent value for money. The staff is very helpful and provides valuable information regarding tours, logistics, and other things. The internet speed is also very high (around 80Mb/s), making it a perfect choice for remote workers who need a reliable internet connection.

You cannot beat the price and location of this hotel, The owners of the hotel are so friendly and we had no issues at all staying here. The location is far enough away from the bars and the crowds they attract but extremely helpful when you want to make your way over to them, It is also conveniently located right next to the food markets. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no negatives to say...

We had a nice stay. It’s a decent room even Its old but clean and comfortable located in the center which close to everything, just 5min walk to pier or to the beach and close by market ,7/11 and many restaurants. Prices are a bit high compared to other islands. Staff are very lovely and helpful I would definitely come back,

The hotel is really nice and it is around 10 minutes from the beach. The street is not noisy at all. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are beautiful and the air condition is great. There is a pool and you can use the gym of another hotel in the nearby. You can have free towels and flip flop for the beach. Every day you get free bottles of water. They are very guest oriented...

Very nice hotel with fine rooms. Great service and tasty breakast. Even its located in a busy part of phi phi its very silent and calm within the hotel area. The gym is awesome!

Meh... I know pp is expensive since I've been coming here for close to 10 years, but.... Really not worth the expense at close to 3000baht per night. Service was minimal. At the price range I'm expecting at least some curtsey from the staff, but... Hardly a smile. Nicest guy in the whole place was the guy laying down some beautiful tiles in the walkway. Talented guy. Won't be staying here next time...

My second time here. Great service, central location, amazing rooms clean and tidy. a bit pricy but well worth the money.

Pool is nice, very close to literally everything (you can walk from one side of the island to the other within 5 mins). They had staff waiting at the pier to take our bags to the hotel which was really good. Only issue is we had really heavy cases and wanted to be on the top floor but there is no lift, so that was a struggle but not their fault. The hotel food was also nice and very fairly price compared...

My room had a sea view which was great. However, the hotel isn't soundproof so when the other guests were loud, i could hear everything. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Location is also great.

Excellent. That’s a clear example when the staff IS the hotel. From the initial reception, through little details and tours suggestion, til the availability to late check out. Common sense and flexibility for me is 5* value and these guys deserve it all. I ll return

+ points: next to the beach, and the best thing is, it is on a small island. - points: staffs seems to be a bit lazy, very few options for vegetarians Suggestions: 1. get up early in the morning and enjoy the nature at beach side in morning. 2. night life at phi phi island is just beyond the imagination so make sure you are staying here at least for a night that too without sleep ;-)
