Hotels with pool in Phi Phi Island

A group of guests had their own speaker on at the common pool area for 1. 30 hours before I called the reception. The music was turned down but still on so had to call again a few times every half an hour or so

It was turned off after nearly 3 hours The guest relation manager later called my room and said every time I called she sent a staff to the pool area and the music wasn’t loud

The whole wedding ceremony went smoothly, guided by our wedding planner and the wonderful resort staff. After an amazing ceremony we had an evening meal on the beach under our own pergola, all decorated with flowers

What can I say, a year has passed since our amazing wedding on Phi Phi Island. We could not have imagined how fantastic a day we would have, just the two of us and the lovely resort staff

We walked along the beach in the sunshine The Beach House, a beautiful beach front venue dressed with flowers and wonderful drapes. The monks were amazing and mystical in their orange robes

Our photographer arrived early, taking photos of the lead-up to the ceremony and throughout. My husband to be arrived to collect me in a procession beautifully attired resort staff

There are a lot of mosquitos around the bushes so be sure to wear repellent most of the day to try and avoid bites. The on-site gym was great - no AC but plenty of fans and free towels

Breakfast options were solid a good variety. Room was clean and spacious enough. The pool was ok but they really should keep it open beyond 8pm

Would have been nice to come in from an excursion and take a dip in pool since it’s too dark for the sea

The breakfast included was over the road on the beachfront and it had a good variety - cant fault it. The pool area was small (only 5 loungers) but the pool itself was perfectly sized and a nice temperature

We had the garden view and it offered a view of the pool and garden. It is located in a great spot near the main area. The gym is complimentary as well

After disembarking, the hotel staff will help you with your luggage. Just follow him and you will arrive in less than five minutes. I've been drinking too late these days, so I didn't eat breakfast 😂❤️

We were a group of 5 who stayed 1 night at the resort and how we regret only staying one night! The huge property which offers different styles of rooms with and without private pools

The best thing about this hotel is the location. On one end of the hotel is the beautiful beach with crystal clear water, and on the other side you will find the Sunset infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean

One of the restaurant areas is currently under maintenance, which is good because the hotel does need some maintenance, especially the sunset infinity pool, as many tiles are becoming loose

We stayed a number of days in a Superior Premium bungalow (upgraded from a Garden bungalow) which was located near the beach. The interior was very fresh and comfy and the bungalow looked very new or recently renovated

Around the resort on the beach you had plenty of opportunities to eat outside the resort. Overall a very nice location, excellent service,…

The staff couldn’t have been nicer, they were all so friendly and helpful. Overall I had a 10/10 experience at this resort and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to the Phi Phi islands

Pool is nice, very close to literally everything (you can walk from one side of the island to the other within 5 mins). They had staff waiting at the pier to take our bags to the hotel which was really good

Good location. There is a beach 1 minute walking. Spacious room and bathroom. Great room service. Nice swimming pool. But internet is not good.

get up early in the morning and enjoy the nature at beach side in morning. night life at phi phi island is just beyond the imagination so make sure you are staying here at least for a night that too without sleep ;-)

+ points: next to the beach, and the best thing is, it is on a small island. - points: staffs seems to be a bit lazy, very few options for vegetarians Suggestions: 1

That’s a clear example when the staff IS the hotel. From the initial reception, through little details and tours suggestion, til the availability to late check out

Common sense and flexibility for me is 5* value and these guys deserve it all

This is very well priced resort on Phi Phi Island. We had a free luggage transfer to and from the pier which was nice. You can book tours from the lobby if you would like. There is a nice pool and beach towel rentals

Facilities include our Deluxe and Superior Villas, beach restaurant, beach bar, swimming pool and more, which are all blended with warm Thai hospitality making our resort a sanctuary for travelers and tourists alike

The attention is need to shower water is very low, but is common in the island. I prolong my staying in Phi Phi and the front staff is very attention to I no needed change the room. And is next time I stay here again

My favorite thing was the free breakfast every morning that changes slightly everyday

The staff, led by Florian, the general manager, were friendly and helpful and simply made it the best experience I've ever had at a beach resort

I went diving with the resort's dive center both days, incredible dives and personalized service. Can't wait to go back in November when diving season starts again

It was an amazing experience, the villas are so beautiful with incredible attention to detail

Watch out from the boat owners and try to bargain them when going on trips

There is little space between cabanas, so I imagine you can hear and be heard. We could hear people walking by and talking too. They have free kayaks and we were able to go to monkey beach which is about 15 min

I love how clean and modern the bathroom looked. I read reviews of people complaining about the noise but nowadays, that is not a problem because bars are not open due to lack of customers and covid

The staff was very attentive and friendly. They brought everything we asked for: more ice, coconuts, a hammock, a kayak. I even saw them playing with the kids while the guests were having lunch

Internet was good in both rooms I stayed. I asked to change from room 11 to 9 which was much better, spacious. They change towels every day, they change sheets every second day

Very nice little hotel in Phi Phi island. Close to the pier and the nightlife, but still quiet. Rooms are big and spacious, location is good in my opinión, and the price is more than fair. Recommended for sure.

Really don't understand the negative reviews. Room was large and clean. Beds are firm as usual in Thailand. Staff is friendly, amazing value for money.

Located in the center of a touristic village. I think it's really convenient for the purpose we where looking for. It's also clean and totally not expensive

Really simple accommodation, do not expect so much. Excelent location, just in front of the Ton Sai pier, restaurants and shopping but far enough from bars with loud music, so you can sleep easily

Be mindful of this and contact the hotel to arrange their much cheaper 2nd boat transfer to the resort's private beach as opposed to paying your own private boat transfer which is 3-times more expensive

Management has things well organized, offering many water activities, fitness center, aquatic center, coffee shop, restaurants, spa, shopping, two stunning pools, live music and even some light kid-friendly activities such as morning fish-feeding which was adorable

Hotel is quite remote in comparison to the main part of the island, transfer boats are available but hard to get back after 7/8pm Buffet style breakfast, lots of choice and really enjoyed the food

Overall, if you are looking for a private resort that boasts lots to do in a quiet secluded environment then this is for you. The resort's charm and romance is truly captivating

This resort is located on the Eastern side of the island which entails a 2nd boat ride from Ton Sai Pier after you initially arrive from ferry from Phuket or Krabi

The resort itself is truly gorgeous and every staff member I encountered were all GRACIOUS

From the moment I stepped into this place, I fell in love! It’s a serene oasis just a short distance from the bustling center of Phi Phi Island, where you can easily find vibrant bars and restaurants for a lovely evening out

This is a very secluded resort at the very end of the main Phi Phi Don beach. I purposely chose this resort for the price & location. I love walking & don't mind a long walk to get to the shops and restaurants

The rooms are comfy and the aircon, when working, was great. The bathrooms had clearly aged a bit with the tiles being a bit discoloured and the mosquito nets looking worse for wear, but overall the rooms were fantastic

The walk up to the rooms is a bit of a mission as it's a mini uphill trek, but that's the price you pay for a good view. Nice pool at the back of the section and a small private beach off too the side

Excellent service and a great view. On arrival the staff gave us a fruit drink and then the porters carried our bags to the rooms. The staff were very easy to talk to and quick to help out when there were any issues

The advantage of being this secluded is that you get a beautiful beach. I mean, it's very beautiful that I would just sit by the beach after breakfast until late afternoon

This is a nice place to hangout in phi phi. Plae is located at the far side of the island and need a boat to get there. If you are booking this place, inform them to send a boat since its cheaper than other boats

The staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome, the food was delicious and the rooms were lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel and when you walk onto the beach front, you are in paradise:-)

Mr Levi, the assistant manager was amazing. So helpful and friendly and just a beautiful soul. The resort was perfectly located if chill is what you are looking for

A quick long boat ride over to the main island made this holiday perfectly varied. Staff in general were very friendly and the room we had was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back again

There are adjoining hotel, restaurant, shops, too, you can resort normally. Room is spacious, air conditioner, shower hot water is enough. Anyway, this hotel has a site where you can see both Chaoyang and sunset

We had a deluxe room which you have to climb up a relatively steep hill to get to and then climb a set of stairs to get to your room— as a young and fit couple, that was fine but I can only imagine how horrible it would be for most or older customers to have to climb up after a long day of travelling around

The bed also made a lot of creaking noises, even the slightest movement of the bed would send it creaking. We didn’t use the pool as it didn’t look very clean during our stay

Can’t fault the hotel, lovely clean modern rooms, friendly staff and amazing pools overlooking the phi phi bay

The pool did not look nice either, the water was green so we did not go in

We stayed at this resort on Phi Phi Island as part of a package booked by our travel agent, so we didn't have much say in the room selection. Overall, our experience was a mix of positives and a few disappointments

Sunrise and sunset 🌇 it was amazing! We got lucky during our stay as the team at PP Mountain caught a huge grouper ( see pictures. ) And Thai dinner got more delicious. The restaurant serves great breakfast

This place is one of the very best ones on the Phi Phi Don island and in whole Ao nang! When arriving to Ko Phi Phi Don by a ferry or by a boat, one can most likely notice the big white resort on top of the hills - that one is PP Mountain Beach Resort :) The customer service is phenomenally good

During breakfast, the personnel is there to serve you foods and drinks. Best of all, there is free car transit to any place reachable by car on the island and back to the hotel

The resort is very new, so everything is modern and clean. The rooms are spacious, with minibars, comfortable beds and very big Samsung smart TVs, that have Internet access

Lastly, the staff took great care of our family, always attentive and ready to drive us where we needed to go, beach, view points or the city. Highly recommend PP Mountain

🩸Towels and and bed linen with huge dried blood stains! 🦠 The walls are shabby and the paint is peeling off! 💨 The air conditioner only works at the maximum airflow level

This was really scary! 🔥The TV is plugged into socket (220v) that is wrapped with adhesive tape and it is connected not with a plug, but directly with wires (just look at the photos and be horrified!) - this violates safety precautions and can catch fire at any moment !!! 💥The fridge shelf on frodge door was broken but we didn't know and put wine bottle in the fridge

❌ Run away from this hotel immediately! ⛔️Don't even think about booking room here! 🤮 Terrible, disgusting, worst hotel in my life! 10 reasons why the night here will be REAL HELL, see below: 🛏️ They gave us another room (two twin beds instead of double room) and only offered to move the two beds together

We had to turn it off at night, but after 15 minutes it became very stuffy and had to be turned on again. 💦 The curtains on the windows are horribly stained. It looks like someone wiped something on them (see 2nd video)

Of course, it is impossible to sleep with a huge gap between the mattresses. 📵When they moved the beds together, the only one working socket (220v) in the room was under the mattress and we couldn't charge our phones

🫡 AND MAIN POINT: When we asked the senior manager to call us, I told him about all these problems - he just turned off the microphone and seemed to be minding his own business and did not even listen to me

There is a pool and you can use the gym of another hotel in the nearby. You can have free towels and flip flop for the beach. Every day you get free bottles of water

Great hotel.. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Great room. Only thing missing is the floor mop for the shower.

The hotel rooms were excellent, decorated all by different Thai, traditional pictures in each room. The rooms were also decorated in Thai , traditional style also

The hotel is really nice and it is around 10 minutes from the beach. The street is not noisy at all. The rooms are beautiful and the air condition is great

Their infinity pool has a mini bar which is great to relax. There is a beach bar street nearby but it has limited (though good) options

The ferry only runs a few times a day, but it is exactly on time. DO NOT book an early departure flight. You won't be able to get to Phuket airport until around 13:00

We reached the hotel during low tide and literally got down from the boat in mid water as the boat couldnt reach the shore. Beautiful view and comfortable luxurious villas

OMG this place is beautiful! Secluded and quiet. Good breakfast. Everyone who works here is super nice and its easy to get around to other islands as well.

Be aware, though, that you'll have to take a long-tail boat about 30 minutes every time you want to go to town or get from the main pier (where the ferry goes)

Wow! We loved this place! The views from the room were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and accommodating

But you have to tell them to clean your room, the pool also you have to clean more times because the water is not so clean after all the people that swim there

Deluxe room is good. A room on the first etage Villa type bad. In the end one price and another at the reception. Had to bacirubati and inform the booking staff.

And you have to clean the rooms more professional than you do the first time that I get into the room it was smelling very nice after they clean not the same
