Not the best beautiful beach but definitely good air. Hotel is built weirdly. Too many steps. Would not be friendly with wheelchairs. No pet either.
Room is very clean, full amenities provided. Food is good. Breakfast is not memorable.

The hotel is good but if you are european they will scamm you, we kept our sigarette butts (not throw it on the streets) and thew them away in the room.
There was no smell at all yet they told us to pay 5000BHT as a fine for smoking in the room.
First it was a dirty towel which i could understand.. i stept on it.
So they told us they would do the second check if we needed to pay for it, that moment i think they started cleaning and found the butts in the bin.
Also we noticed them spying on us from the other side from the balconys and when i waved suddenly the head dissapeared.
Skip this hotel.. defo not worth it

It was a great experience for us to be here. Bad thing: swimming pool not so clean and no slide 🛝
Front is not so welcoming
Good thing: the room was big, bathroom big with a beautiful view though there was lots of insects. there was even a mini fridge in room. The food at the hotel was good especially fried chicken wings.

I would not advice to go here. Atmosphere is totally wrong. Not a beach hotel or a ‘thai’ hotel. Feels very ‘cold’. Old style 70’s feeling, but than badly done. There are much better options in the area. Also totally not flexible service, not compred to what we’ve seen in other hotels in Thailand. Because we did not liked the hotel, we left after an hour. We did a last minute upgrade, and non of this was refunded. Although we did not use any of the facilities, breakfast, bed, etc.
For a business stay it would be a fine hotel. Not for holiday!

This was a fantastic place to stop off on our journey from Samui back to Bangkok. We'll situated just outside Prachuap it is a quiet place with wonderful family rooms and great staff. Not terribly pricey either.

Stay during 3 Mar - 4 Mar 2024, when i arrive at breakfast room around 9:00-9:15am your employee the man asked for room number.
But i said the wrong one. 111 instead of 411 and he pretending like i am someone else being here for free food by saying “What !!?” Then i said 111 again. And he said. There’s no that number!! ” with a bad tone !!
How can i remember the room number i’m here for 1 night, i’m not the staff. Your employee should have asked the name.
Tell him to be more friendly to customer or move him some department else ..

What a beautiful resorts.
Located in an untouched, friendly part of Thailand. Perfect for a weekend getaway or travelling through.
Food was amazing, atmosphere was good and rooms are spacious.

Dead bird, pigeon poop, dirty windows, just grotty all over. We arrived and had to cancel the booking after seeing the view from the balcony. The communal areas were tired and the windows throughout the complex are filthy. If this is what guests could see, god knows what the kitchens are like! I’ve attached pictures to see for yourself. We moved to a much better location and squeaky clean hotel.

Hotel was nice and quiet, rooms were nice and cold when needed, beds decently comfy.
Only negative depending what you are there for is you need to cab to most places or have a motorbike to get into town! The restaurant is okay, but not amazing. Way better options on the street to the right when you leave the hotel! Pad thai street food is always a great win!
They have a guy named hot Rod that comes by tuktuk who’s awesome though!
Free bicycles are included, although a bit on the older side
