OYO 117 King One Suvarnabhumi Mini-hotel

This is a great little place to stay and a great location the chicken across the street from the guy early in the morning that gets there is one of the best tasting chicken I've ever had!
Also the staff and people here are very friendly and very helpful they're very nice;

The hotel is barely a 15 minutes ride (nearly 8.1 kms) from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Cabs are a little too costly in Bangkok though. The hotel staff is helpful, especially the two girls with whom I had some interaction during their respective shifts. Initially, there was some issue with my room heater in the room number 303 and was allotted 601 later. Security deposit is only 500 Baht and they give it back with a smile during your check-out.

The only problem is that there are no to negligible veg food options in and around this place. There are a couple of restaurants in the radius of 10 to 20 kms that offer Indian food, veg and non-veg both. You can call cabs via several mobile phone apps including Bolt. It takes 9 minutes for your cab to be there and you need to pay as per the meter readings depending on the distance convered. It was a great experience staying at Super Oyo 117 King One.

And yes, this property is quite popular among the airport security staff, police and cab drivers. As you give them the address, they nod with a smile and have you on board. Recommended to anyone visiting Bangkok. However, some amenities were nowhere to be found when needed, including toilet paper, soap etc. Had to remind the service people back and again.

Stayed in this hotel because of its arrangement. To Suvarnabkhumi's airport of 10 minutes by a taxi. Pure and spacious rooms, sympathetic personnel. Nearby family mart is located.
