Perfect spot on the island. Close to city but not busy with people. Rooms, food and beach great, not the best on the island but well suited for relaxing. Easy motorbike rental 20 m from hotel

The Greed has set in and ruined yet another beauty spot, had many cocktails here over the years, yesterday popped in for a beer by the sea and got can, then went to pay to be handed an additional service charge ...... not about the value of additional charges not printed in the menu just the fact that 1 can of beer charged at more than 3 times cost at a shop that are also making a profit......... no more Bahts from me

Baan Ploy Sea was a perfect stay for us, Koh Samed first timer! Loved every detail. Beach was extraordinary. Jungle room was comfy and cozy with extra view of the ocean from afar. Service was great, all staffs were kind and very helpful. Truly recommend this place.

Great resort in a great location right on the beach. Loved the location, the aesthetic, and the friendly staff. The attached restaurant also has phenomenal food and service. All the facilities were clean and well kept. Recommend and will stay again.

Book the room with transfer service from the Ao Prao Pier to the island and to the resort (via ferries and Songthaew pickup). Very nice and clean room. The view to the ocean is great. Very quiet in the evening so you can listen to the nature seawave. The staff was also very helpful when I needed to change the booking date. Will return for longer stay next time.

I am quite impressed with this hotel. Staffs are nice. Place is cozy. Breakfast is good and various voice of food and good taste.
Just. 5 steps to the sea but I recommend to wear beach shoes if you go into the water in the evening. Because there are sea urchin nearby.

Nice hotel right on the beach with friendly staff.
Very nice spacious room.
There is a star deduction because the rooms are connected with intermediate doors. Unfortunately, you can hear every word and the neighbors' snoring led to sleepless nights.
In addition, if you don't like meat or eggs, the breakfast selection is very small. A few vegetable dishes or baked beans, etc., as we are used to in hotels here in Thailand, would be recommended.

We loved our stay here. You're right on the beach, the staff is super nice, they have a coffee shop in a tree house and the rooms are nice...this hotel and Koh Samed are great options if you're looking for an island experience without being in a tourist trap. It's a quiet place. Only 2.5 hours away from Bangkok. Get a taxi to the pier in rayong and then ferry to the hotel. You'll be in good hands from then on.

Staying at this 3-star hotel has been a pleasant experience. the room is in very good condition, the hotel offers a nice view along with a private beach. While the breakfast may not be fantastic, it is delicious and sufficient for my needs. What stands out the most are the excellent services, including comfortable shuttles and parking. I highly recommend taking advantage of these services for your stay
