Amazing place ! My friend invited me before I was leaving Phangan here and I fall in love with the place and sauna! The scrub there are perfect for skin😍 thank you for such authentic place!! will definitely back ! still thinking about what is there in this perfect scrub, may I know please ? 😍❤️🙏🏻

The courses and teachers were good. Atmosphere’s great.

The room we got was with a bad over used sink mattress, the water pressure was absurd (like a cheap bungalow one) and the water in the toilet didnt come down every time… living either your GF like this isnt so comfortable. So i got mad about the price i pay compared to what i get.

common area - clean and nice.
Great food (missing on protein options sometimes)
They just have to renew some rooms .. i guess not all their rooms are like that.

We had a wonderful timeand we will return many more times in the future.
Relaxing and life changing.
Many interesting lessons, yoga meditations sound healing and great lecutees and people from all over the world.

This is a true gem - you will thank me later.

I had a really lovely week at Wonderland, staying in a private room. The room was super comfortable, smelled amazing and the bed was the most luxurious of my whole 8 week trip.
I was a bit worried about the food initially as I’m not vegan but I needn’t have worried, although the meal times were a little difficult, the food was really good.
I enjoyed the wide variety of classes and found the teachers to be good, professional and bringing a good and inclusive atmosphere. Especially the KoDance workshop and Rebirthing which were held in a really caring way that made it possible to go really deep into the practice and push past some barriers that I had.
My week long package included 2 massages, I had both with Jun who was EXCELLENT. Really first class and without a doubt the best massages I’ve had. She is extremely talented at what she does and very strong, really helped my back.

So, why only 4 stars? For me, this is not a retreat. I was expecting somewhere peaceful to go and focus on my practice, make some progress and connect with other like minded people. Wonderland is more like a luxury hotel/ spa with classes than any retreat I’ve previously been on. The majority of guests are young Israeli and the atmosphere is a bit cliquey, with people on their phones constantly and not respecting quiet at times you would expect on a retreat. On 3 nights I was kept awake until around midnight by people being inconsiderate in the communal areas close to my room. This made it difficult to get up for some of the early morning sessions and to get the rest I had hoped for. Not really something I’ve ever experienced at a yoga retreat or would have expected. I think something could be done to manage this a bit better. It felt like a lot of people just wanted to hang out and use the space like a hotel, which is fine but not really what I had expected.
It was also a bit frustrating that the breakfast and coffee didn’t start in the morning until 9am. Particularly with classes starting at 7 it would have been nice to be able to get at least a cup of coffee earlier.

Overall, would I recommend it? Yes, but manage your expectations. This is a lovely place to go and relax, with some really enjoyable beginner level classes, a wide variety and enough to keep you busy for easily a week. The centre is beautiful and surrounded by nature. But if you’re looking for a place to focus on your practice, or expecting peace, this is probably not it

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wonderland, and it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations. Initially, I was unsure about what to expect and had concerns about the freshness of the food. However, after three nights, I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The vegan food was incredibly delicious and fresh. My room, nestled in the heart of the jungle, provided a serene and unique experience. The people, predominantly from Israel, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One afternoon, a shuttle to zen beach was offered. The yoga classes were for adjustable to all levels and of very good teaching quality( I am a yoga teacher myself). The meditations were a bliss as well. I absolutely recommend Wonderland and will definitely be returning.

Just finished my second stay at Wonderland. It's such a peaceful and healing place. I love the concept and haven't been able to find anything like it elsewhere! It's a great value; dorms and private rooms are both nice, staff are friendly and attentive, facilities are beautiful, yoga classes and workshops are great, and buffet of delicious vegan food is incredible. Looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing place to calm down and learn about yoga. The food is great, the rooms are very clean and get cleaned every day with new towels etc.
The ladies working at the reception are super friendly and helpful.
I loved it and would love to come back one day.

In general we really much enjoyed our stay at Wonderland. The facilities are modern, well maintained, clean and very thought through. The whole center grounds are green and you kind of feel in a jungle environment - very nice. Simple but nice pool area with many sun beds. The private bungalows round up the whole experience, very modern and cozy and equipped with everything you need (AC, little fridge, toiletries, safe etc.). The vegan buffet is an absolute highlight. Always a huge variety of fresh foods, high in quality and different dishes every day. I didn’t like their shakes too much. They use a lot of ice which makes it “watery” - especially for the price they charge. There is a program schedule every day of which you can choose of which sessions to attend and which not. In general we also liked many of the sessions, some more some less but that’s rather personal preferences. What we did not like was the whole setting around the sessions. Many younger guests misuse the Centre as an Instagram spot - including classes. Even though they should create a safe space. Even during classes I have seen guests with their phone taking pictures. The Centre should ban phones in general within the yoga shalas. Also the hosts of each should be instructed to keep an eye on it. That regularly made the whole experience more a hip “show off” place to be, rather than an actual healing center. Also it was really annoying that people came into classes up to 10mins after it officially started. I would expect the teacher to intervene or to close the doors with the official start. Besides these two points I would clearly give five stars.

My experience at the Wonderland was one of the BEST experiences I have ever HAD! I cannot explain the feeling of being there. First of all, I felt like everyone that comes to the Wonderland has some type of purpose of being there. Everyone is open to being friends with everyone and its just an amazing emotional experience! Food was amazing! Everyday there was something else, staff were SO friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to relax and just be around great people. Thank you so much Wonderland for this unforgettable experience!
