Nice vacation. Staff and food are the greatest service in this resort.
Everything is clean, nice pool, beach too, great for full relax! 🍀

Guests from Italia have privileges for some reason, and Italians have no respect for staff and generally Tunisian culture. The worst people ever, but that’s actually not important because the resort has no influence on them.

Fairly decent hotel. Older equipment but the staff try to keep the rooms clean and are very friendly. Great food, wide selection. A big plus is beer and wine at the beach bar (according to the delegate in this locality alcohol is not usual on the beach). The vendors on the beach are polite, smiling and not overly annoying. When a person tells them no, they don't ask again and don't go to the sunbeds, they just stay between the sunbeds and the water.

Strong warning! The hotel has Italian owner "Valtur" and is strictly ment for guests from Italy. The food labels are in Italian, they speak Italian at the bar (not much English, but they also try to speak Czech) and the entire animation program is in Italian. We went to see the show one evening, 90% of the hotel are Italians and they were having a great time, we have left the show after 15 minutes not understanding a single word. The travel agency did not inform us about this fact.

the staff speaks mostly Italian not English. Non-Italian guests are marked with bracelets of a different color. The animation program is not in English. You must wait all day for change your towels and they don't bring enough towels. Water was leaking from the bidet on the floor. Drinking water is not provided for guests in the rooms. The restaurant staff is friendly and the food is excellent. The beach is beautiful, but the sea is often wavy and dirty in the afternoon.

This hotel I can recommend. Rooms are cleaned, reasonably equipped. All is based under Italian way and about 90% visitors were Italian. So if you do not speak Italian, French or Arabic there is language barrier. Also food is mostly Italian (pizza, pasta etc). Unfortunately there were quite queues for meals. Also was problem nearly every day with noise during night. Till 4 a.m. we heard loud music. Beach is approximately 300m from hotel by walk. So it is important to count with this. But the biggest problem was with Gluten free meal. This hotel nearly doesn't know what it is:-((( Every day we were forced to beg someone to help, but no-one wanted or does not know about this illness. Only person who we met and helped us was Italian Chef Cuisine Paulo Cantore. Without him it will be real disaster!!! So BIG thank you very much!!! You are really the right person on the right place. THANKS AGAIN

If you want a dream vacation, in a heavenly place, with charming and professional staff, you have found it!
Rest, calm, good atmosphere in a luxurious place! The entire staff is at your service, the meals are diverse, fresh and delicious. Everything is of high quality.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are superb, the gardens well maintained, with flowers, a huge swimming pool and the sea is at the foot of the Resort.
A regular here for several years, this establishment is worth 5 stars!
The spa is also beautiful, very clean and the staff are professional. I recommend it for its quality of care.

Pleasantly surprised,
Although we were 45 (for a capacity of 300), the stay was at the top.

A very clean hotel, top service.
Qualified, smiling and very welcoming staff.
The rooms are clean, well equipped, unfortunately I had a room overlooking the garden but the suite was very adequate.

The beach !! It is well appointed with bar service until 22:00.
A large swimming pool, a sports coach for the morning awakening.

Good hotel. Internet only not in all rooms. The food is very good. Conder works on time, for which he removed the star.
