5 star for the cleaning and room service. Lunch was pancakes with hot chocolate every. People were not guest friendly except when you tip them. Pool outside was freaking cold

Amazing stay at Vincci Helios This hotel was the amasing Hotel i see it this year , swiming pool clean, rooms also clean

I want to tell you about one of the animators who was in this hotel, her name is souki, this is the best animator I have seen in my life, such an open and good person I have never met, for a week in this hotel I loved her with all my heart she is very responsive, she will always help support , she is always cheerful for any event

Just spent a week at the Helios in a bungalow. Overall the rooms are outdated, old furniture, old bathroom, some sockets don't work, shower doors are not sealed and leaking, no decorations are all, bare walls

The staff is the friendliest I've ever dealt with, everyone is so nice and helpful, they were the highlight of my stay, from the cleaners to the waiters and the entertainement team, everybody is a superstar

Problem with seaweeds but every morning tractors are doing their best to clean up. And the cherry on the top is the dancing animators team! Just love them! Thanks for great holiday! Regards!

The vendors on the beach are polite, smiling and not overly annoying. When a person tells them no, they don't ask again and don't go to the sunbeds, they just stay between the sunbeds and the water

You must wait all day for change your towels and they don't bring enough towels. Water was leaking from the bidet on the floor. Drinking water is not provided for guests in the rooms

The worst people ever, but that’s actually not important because the resort has no influence on them

Older equipment but the staff try to keep the rooms clean and are very friendly. A big plus is beer and wine at the beach bar (according to the delegate in this locality alcohol is not usual on the beach)

You gotta wait or fight for a table at any service, the food is ok but not always topped up on the buffet, the relaxing chairs of the swimming pool are all taken with "no reservation allowed" towels, already at 7am !! The beach is nice, with its bar and music, although, you gotta get up early to get a chair there

I liked very much the spacious room,very clean,all the furniture are modern and good size. The breakfast is reasonable and it is catered for anyone, there is a room of improvements in the breakfast.

From my perspective this Hotel is offering a very good services based on the price-performance ratio. I was very satisfied with the room service, animation, views, feeling and specially the food

It's huge, loads of anemnities, but the vendors working inside are disgusting. They charge more that what you pay in your own developed country. They ask for tip themselves which is annoying

Creche / indoor outdoor pool and an excellent beach with bar are all part of the package. As its all inclusive you can really stay around the hotel

The Service is very organized and friendly. The hotel rooms themselves are very very clean and modern. It has a beautiful swimming atmosphere with several pools and the beach. It also has a lot of cool activities

We had lots od different activities, like aqua gym, group trainings, yoga, pilates etc. Beach was nice and clean and the pool is really big and good for swimming and other activities

This hotel has a heart and soul ❤️🙏 The staff really give it there all. The Chef provides the clients with a wide range of food at the open buffet while maintaining a great standard of cuisine

Daily evening shows, volleyball, archery, mini golf, exercises, dancing, games - all this is done for you by animators. Each of them speaks good Russian. Also worth noting is the buffet

What attracts you most in this resort is its activities, especially the evening period for children and adults, whether in the theater or the pool, and the cleanliness of the beach

I stayed three nights, a couple and a child in this beautiful resort, starting from the entrance of the hotel, the parking space was narrow, and I waited for minutes outside the hotel until a place for the car was prepared for me, the reception was good, and the room, which was a suite, and each room had a view of the rooms, was clean and tidy, and there were drinks There is a fridge, tea and a heater...

The hotel staff is admirable - especially Amri Salim we would like to thank him for his care and advice. Moreover, the hotel provides many activities, trips and everyone feels taken care of

The staff is friendly, beside a rather weird experience with the guy responsible at the Shisha bar which asked me and my girfriend to move away from a room in favour of an old lady who tipped him to do that so that she could use our sit spot, she confirmed that right after we moved to the other room, he told us to move coz there was a defect in the smoke detector of the Sisha bar :), go figure

at the reception there are 2 windows with a view of the pool and that are broken. the doors are very old and are also broken. the upholstery of the seats in the hallway is also completely broken

the white band around the pool (ground) is broken everywhere. the toilet is gone the beach is dirty

The food was cold, tasteless for most of the time, we asked the waiter why it's like it, his answer was because the hotel is full and they don't really bother making refined food

the staff was not friendly, didn't even say hello. the assistant chief animator made a mistake in the evening during a game indicating lack of experience and therefore there was a problem with the relevant customers

To go to sea we always have to wait for a car. There is not much variety in the food, always the same. The restaurant is old and not clean. There is no tablecloth on the tables outside

the cleaning ladies did their best despite this. that is in fact the view of the hotel. old cupboards and the paint is peeling. the walls are flaking and dirty
