Nice room and good shower. Bathroom smelt slightly of drains. Buffet food not good but always had one redeeming item so that was something edible. Friendly activation staff.

The Service is very organized and friendly. The hotel rooms themselves are very very clean and modern. It has a beautiful swimming atmosphere with several pools and the beach. It also has a lot of cool activities. The animation is very creative and there is a new “show” daily, very kid-friendly.

Wonderful hotel by the sea. Excellent service staff, speaking Russian. Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Animators entertain guests every day. Daily evening shows, volleyball, archery, mini golf, exercises, dancing, games - all this is done for you by animators. Each of them speaks good Russian. Also worth noting is the buffet. A large variety of food will not leave anyone hungry....

I spent one week at Rym Beach with family for the second time. My kids love it, they enjoyed mini club activities for the whole day. Animation is great, food is amazing, very friendly stuff and the location is one of the best in the world !! Highly recommended.

The beat hotel on Djerba, cery good location, honest and hard working Staff. Though a week od my stay i haven't a single thing that was wrong. The best part od the Staff was Alios, Who always knew how to make whole team laugh and would be very helpfull and casting when we need it

Just spent a week at the Helios in a bungalow. Overall the rooms are outdated, old furniture, old bathroom, some sockets don't work, shower doors are not sealed and leaking, no decorations are all, bare walls... BUT It doesnt really matter. It's spotless clean and the hotel amenities are so great you dont really spend time in your room. The food is incredible, I'm picky and have quite a few intolerances...

We just came back and have been absolutely happy with all the services. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, staff always friendly and helpful. Tasty food, fruits and cakes! Lovely garden full of palm tree's, nice beach with warm water. Luxury hotel, I recommande this experience for people who want to relax, the hotel has specious rooms and large piscine with garden and sea, they have a lot of activities tennis, dart...., the people here are very calme compared with Sousse.

Where can I start. What an experience it was. Spent a week at the Royal Garden at Djerba and It easily was my most favorite staycation I had in a while. Flew in from Canada and since day one I loved it. Been at this hotel back in 2012 and 2015 so after 12 years I had to come back. Food is amazing, the three À la carte restaurants are absolutely delightful as well and the all inclusive is just mesmerizing...

We were here on vacation the first week of May, we chose the resort in terms of location and facilities for children. The rooms are a bit dated. I do work in hotel and catering business so i know what to look for and what to expect..... I start with the excellent point : Sami and Isabelle, the professional photograph. He is unbelivable. He will catch you on camera at any point during your stay, will get you in position for the perfect shot, he will surprise you by being there without you knowing, but all without being in your way all the time...

Three star hotel, certainly not five. Pool area is very nice, as well the beach. Rooms are bad. Certainly need renovation. Also bedsheets, pillows. We got even cover with old blood on it... Fitness room is a joke... Dirty, bad, most of the machines don't work, from weights nothing between 2,5 and 21 kg (I guess stolen...) Food was ok. One can find something to eat. Big selection. But most is not tasty...

I v been there on middle of December and hotel had not much guests. Maybe because this overall service felt on 4 stars but not five. maybe in high season it different. This is a gorgeous hotel, and the staff (especially at breakfast) is absolutely first rate. Our suite was huge, with an equally huge deck, with views of the Mediterranean. Very nice private beach, totally empty for early morning walks.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is very responsive, the hotel is very clean and the animators are Magical!

Nice vacation. Staff and food are the greatest service in this resort. Everything is clean, nice pool, beach too, great for full relax! 🍀 Guests from Italia have privileges for some reason, and Italians have no respect for staff and generally Tunisian culture. The worst people ever, but that’s actually not important because the resort has no influence on them.

Fairly decent hotel. Older equipment but the staff try to keep the rooms clean and are very friendly. Great food, wide selection. A big plus is beer and wine at the beach bar (according to the delegate in this locality alcohol is not usual on the beach). The vendors on the beach are polite, smiling and not overly annoying. When a person tells them no, they don't ask again and don't go to the sunbeds...

the staff speaks mostly Italian not English. Non-Italian guests are marked with bracelets of a different color. The animation program is not in English. You must wait all day for change your towels and they don't bring enough towels. Water was leaking from the bidet on the floor. Drinking water is not provided for guests in the rooms. This hotel I can recommend. Rooms are cleaned, reasonably equipped. All is based under Italian way and about 90% visitors were Italian. So if you do not speak Italian, French or Arabic there is language barrier. Also food is mostly Italian (pizza, pasta etc). Unfortunately there were quite queues for meals. Also was problem nearly every day with noise during night. Till 4 a.m. we heard loud music...

I liked the swimming pool and the activities of animation team wether there or in the beach. You won't feel bored at all. The best holiday I've ever had so far in Djerba. The food was a little bit delicious, the restaurant is quiet big. Internet is only available in the reception and the lobby.
