Wonderful hotel and service Wonderful hotel with great food, staff and amnesties. We stayed for 4 nights and wish we could stay longer.

Seabel Rym beach Accueil sympathique et upgrade en chambre avec vue mer au premier etage. Nourriture variée et très bon service.

Animation is great, food is amazing, very friendly stuff and the location is one of the best in the world !! Highly recommended

Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, staff are kind and knows english, awesome pool, large choice of food. Beautiful place. I enjoyed being in this hotel for two weeks.

I was at vacation for 2 weeks and 2 times per day I was going for training with Momo. Recommend you hotel and animators they all are friendly

The buffet is repetitive after a week, but the desserts are quite tasty. There are also cats roaming around, they are domesticated and liven up the area

This is very beautiful place and the man from VIP bar Farid is the best. Service of the bar is very good. The drinks are special, from the pool bar - name tulipe, with beautiful flowers and hearts, everything is tip top

On the beach you can ride camels and horses, and you can go to the beach by carriage, train or on foot ,there are a few shops on the way, I will probably go back there next year. I recommend Iga and Richard

Great staff - always friendly and helping when required. Great animation team who always offered activities to us and the kids. Food is very good and freshly cooked. The rooms are simple but well equipped

Everything is clean, nice pool, beach too, great for full relax! 🍀 Guests from Italia have privileges for some reason, and Italians have no respect for staff and generally Tunisian culture

The vendors on the beach are polite, smiling and not overly annoying. When a person tells them no, they don't ask again and don't go to the sunbeds, they just stay between the sunbeds and the water

You must wait all day for change your towels and they don't bring enough towels. Water was leaking from the bidet on the floor. Drinking water is not provided for guests in the rooms

The worst people ever, but that’s actually not important because the resort has no influence on them

Staff and food are the greatest service in this resort

Older equipment but the staff try to keep the rooms clean and are very friendly. A big plus is beer and wine at the beach bar (according to the delegate in this locality alcohol is not usual on the beach)

The animation team were excellent, chatting with people and getting them to join in the fun around the pool. The kids (not ours) absolutely loved them

I l love this place! I came in February with family and felt safe to come back as a solo traveller in April, the animation team are fantastic! Jamaica, Mo Mo, Jo, Khalido and Malik to name are few are brilliant, the shows are fab, they work so hard to entertain everyone throughout the day and night! Highly recommend to anyone coming to tunisia !

Brilliant holiday great staff in the bar and restaurant an haveing the nurse on site is always great but the best part of the holiday was the amazing amination team especially the young man pikachu Thankyou for a great holiday we will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

Our room was a standard double, which was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and well laid out. The pool area was clean, and as it was early in the season, we always got sunloungers if we wanted them

The animators are doing an awesome job – there's always something fun going on, so there's no time to be bored! A special shout-out to the best of them all – Pikatchu – full of energy, funny, and always smiling! He truly made each day special

Lunch and dinner was a selection of salads, rice, couscous, various tagines and 3 live cooking stations. We went for a relaxing week away and that is exactly what we got. We would definitely go back in the future

Pool and surrounding garden areas are very nice and spacious, the only downside is that people leave their towels the night before, to reserve sun beds by the family pool, so its hard to find spaces for 4 people together the next morning

It’s the perfect place for those that plan a week vacation not only by the pool or beach, but want to do some activities of all kinds around the hotel

but it turned out perfect! The rooms are spacious, although we had a problem with our reservation through the travel agency, but IMEN at the reception, did everything she could to help us, making sure we could have it solved, and we changed rooms within 2 hours!! This made our vacation So much better! And everyday we came by the lobby, IMEN would come to us with a smile, asking if everything was ok...

So I really need to thank her for her assistance! The variety of food in the buffet is great for every meal, we are not really great fans of all inclusive hotels, but we really thought this hotel is trying to make a diference and made us rethink our family vacations in the future

But normally by the beach area you can always find a spot. The distance from the center and airport is perfect. We booked several independent day trips, all with pickups from the hotel, and felt it was very central

It was so quiet in the pool & beach areas that it felt like a ghost place

This spa resort is a hidden gem. Spacious property with the biggest outdoor pool I have ever seen. Rooms are huge, nicely appointed and very comfortable

The staff are welcoming and so willing to help and make you feel comfortable. This resort is very safe, peaceful and appeals to all travelers

Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! Well, the food is, as usual in Tunisia, no frills, but you won't go hungry. The pool is clean, big, new tiles. The animation is great, there are a lot of animators. The animators are always busy with games

Just spent a week at the Helios in a bungalow. Overall the rooms are outdated, old furniture, old bathroom, some sockets don't work, shower doors are not sealed and leaking, no decorations are all, bare walls

All the people from other countries are sociable, so if you want, you can find someone to talk to. There is security on the territory, so there are no drunken brawls. There are slides for children and adults

The staff is the friendliest I've ever dealt with, everyone is so nice and helpful, they were the highlight of my stay, from the cleaners to the waiters and the entertainement team, everybody is a superstar

The pools are clean and great especially the inside warm pool if you dont enjoy cold water much. The hotel seems old but that's what's charming about it. Marble and beautiful paintings and gardens inside

The food is absolutely awesome with fresh and renewed menus everyday and I know my fresh mediterranean food pretty well! Every member of the staff is absolutely warm and adorable with kids, which feels really good compared to Europe

Nassim will happily chat you at the entrance with his big smile, Zarzia will take care of you at the hammam, and the rest of the staff will make sure you get the massage you expect

The beach,well,to be honest wasn't what I was hoping for, construction work going on, and a big JCB digger on the beach shifting sand, there is a lot of seaweed on the beach and water is murky and dark because of this, which put us off going in, clearer blue seas are further around the coastline,we stuck to the pool in the end

The only advice about the dining hall is ,you don't need to rush to go in 1st ,always fresh and hot food available and going in to eat a bit later when quieter makes for a more relaxing experience,also we only realised there is a smaller dining room with half the options but much quieter situated opposite the pool bar

The beach water is amazing , very warm and natural, the pool is very big. The animation team , Specially Moataz , Sami and Yessine are amazing

They started building a very big pool bar when I was here , and I think it Will enhanced the already great beach experience to a whole other level

Excellent hotel with great staff. Food choice is great with something for everyone and most of the hot dishes cooked in front of you. The desert / patisserie offering was as good as anything you'll find in France

The large pool and surrounding area was great for relaxing and they have very well kept gardens all around the hotel. The beach is just a few metres walk from the hotel but not in use for sunbathing in March

The rooms are bright airy and very clean. There is a Spa where treatments and massages are very reasonably priced. The golf course is in great condition and we really enjoyed playing there

Hotel right next to the beach, beautiful and clean sea with a large beach. These are only my first impressions
