Good place. Even old hotel. Super clean and good service, humble. Good food. And price full of food 3 time, brunch and free drink unlimited

The only good thing about the hotel is probably the price, everything else is about average. The rooms had humidity odor and the overall hygiene is not that good. The food wasn't bad though

From my perspective this Hotel is offering a very good services based on the price-performance ratio. I was very satisfied with the room service, animation, views, feeling and specially the food. Many thanks for your hospitality and hopefully we will do it again soon.

It's huge, loads of anemnities, but the vendors working inside are disgusting. They charge more that what you pay in your own developed country. They ask for tip themselves which is annoying

Very good hotel! On New Year's Eve there was a very worthy event. Great show program, great variety of food and drinks. I recommend this hotel. In season it's even better.

I liked the swimming pool and the activities of animation team wether there or in the beach. You won't feel bored at all. The best holiday I've ever had so far in Djerba. The food was a little bit delicious, the restaurant is quiet big. Internet is only available in the reception and the lobby.

A great family experience. This hotel has a heart and soul ❤️🙏 The staff really give it there all. The Chef provides the clients with a wide range of food at the open buffet while maintaining a great standard of cuisine. Nice room and good shower. Bathroom smelt slightly of drains. Buffet food not good but always had one redeeming item so that was something edible. Friendly activation staff.

The Service is very organized and friendly. The hotel rooms themselves are very very clean and modern. It has a beautiful swimming atmosphere with several pools and the beach. It also has a lot of cool activities. The animation is very creative and there is a new “show” daily, very kid-friendly.

Wonderful hotel by the sea. Excellent service staff, speaking Russian. Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Animators entertain guests every day. Daily evening shows, volleyball, archery, mini golf, exercises, dancing, games - all this is done for you by animators. Each of them speaks good Russian. Also worth noting is the buffet. A large variety of food will not leave anyone hungry....

I spent one week at Rym Beach with family for the second time. My kids love it, they enjoyed mini club activities for the whole day. Animation is great, food is amazing, very friendly stuff and the location is one of the best in the world !! Highly recommended.

The beat hotel on Djerba, cery good location, honest and hard working Staff. Though a week od my stay i haven't a single thing that was wrong. The best part od the Staff was Alios, Who always knew how to make whole team laugh and would be very helpfull and casting when we need it

Just spent a week at the Helios in a bungalow. Overall the rooms are outdated, old furniture, old bathroom, some sockets don't work, shower doors are not sealed and leaking, no decorations are all, bare walls... BUT It doesnt really matter. It's spotless clean and the hotel amenities are so great you dont really spend time in your room. The food is incredible, I'm picky and have quite a few intolerances...

We just came back and have been absolutely happy with all the services. Amazing stay at Vincci Helios This hotel was the amasing Hotel i see it this year , swiming pool clean, rooms also clean .. and the service was amazing too on the restaurent And we can not forget animation team were my favourite.... big thanks to all of you guys for the amazing stay❣❣❣

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, staff always friendly and helpful. Tasty food, fruits and cakes! Lovely garden full of palm tree's, nice beach with warm water. Problem with seaweeds but every morning tractors are doing their best to clean up. And the cherry on the top is the dancing animators team! Just love them! Thanks for great holiday! Regards!

I stayed three nights, a couple and a child in this beautiful resort, starting from the entrance of the hotel, the parking space was narrow, and I waited for minutes outside the hotel until a place for the car was prepared for me, the reception was good, and the room, which was a suite, and each room had a view of the rooms, was clean and tidy, and there were drinks There is a fridge, tea and a heater...

We had a pleasant time at fiesta Room are nice with large balcony but the toilet is very tiny. Pool is fantastic, indoor there is a thermal one as well. We were here on vacation the first week of May, we chose the resort in terms of location and facilities for children. The rooms are a bit dated. I heard a lot of bad things about tunisia and according to them this hotel was a huge surprise! The rooms are clean (no bugs or dirt) and the services are great too. Almost everybody can speak German and France but they understand English too. According to the price this hotel is a great choice

The people are not bad but not so friendly, just need a little bit upgrade. The rooms are the same as the pictures in the site. The food was nice and the drinks was unlimited. We spend a great vacation there. I totally recommended.

The receptionists were welcoming, but the check-in process took about half an hour (due to a technical error as per them). The hotel has a spacious lobby with ample seating. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. But it was not spacious. The bathroom was clean & amenities were provided. However, water clogged in the bath tub & we had to inform the reception multiple times to get it fixed....

I do work in hotel and catering business so i know what to look for and what to expect..... I start with the excellent point : Sami and Isabelle, the professional photograph. He is unbelivable. He will catch you on camera at any point during your stay, will get you in position for the perfect shot, he will surprise you by being there without you knowing, but all without being in your way all the time...

Three star hotel, certainly not five. Pool area is very nice, as well the beach. Rooms are bad. Certainly need renovation. Also bedsheets, pillows. We got even cover with old blood on it... Fitness room is a joke... Dirty, bad, most of the machines don't work, from weights nothing between 2,5 and 21 kg (I guess stolen...) Food was ok. One can find something to eat. Big selection. But most is not tasty...

I v been there on middle of December and hotel had not much guests. Maybe because this overall service felt on 4 stars but not five. maybe in high season it different. I liked location of the hotel, room was spacious and had all needed furniture. Hotel beach is clean, there is beach bar If u visit in winter there is a heated indoor swimming pool and rooms are warm. What I cannot say about lobby...

It was very nice to be gest in this hotel. The room has great location, clean and cosy. Animation keep busy guests in the day and in the evening. The foot was tasty and fresh. Everything was perfect!

I liked everything very much on the all-inclusive system! The pool is not big but comfortable and sufficient for swimming, there is also a children's pool nearby. Writing in english as I see many poor reviews from non french. Except for the outside pool bar 2 annoying staff, all the staff is friendly and professional. The pools are clean and great especially the inside warm pool if you dont enjoy cold water much. The hotel seems old but that's what's charming about it. Marble and beautiful paintings and gardens inside. The roof and the balconeys over the hall...

I was in this place twice in this year. I'm not going to say about rooms, food etc. because it depends on ouerselvs. I think that all people whose working there making everything for tourists.
