The animation team were excellent, chatting with people and getting them to join in the fun around the pool. The kids (not ours) absolutely loved them

I l love this place! I came in February with family and felt safe to come back as a solo traveller in April, the animation team are fantastic! Jamaica, Mo Mo, Jo, Khalido and Malik to name are few are brilliant, the shows are fab, they work so hard to entertain everyone throughout the day and night! Highly recommend to anyone coming to tunisia !

Brilliant holiday great staff in the bar and restaurant an haveing the nurse on site is always great but the best part of the holiday was the amazing amination team especially the young man pikachu Thankyou for a great holiday we will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

Our room was a standard double, which was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and well laid out. The pool area was clean, and as it was early in the season, we always got sunloungers if we wanted them

The animators are doing an awesome job – there's always something fun going on, so there's no time to be bored! A special shout-out to the best of them all – Pikatchu – full of energy, funny, and always smiling! He truly made each day special

Lunch and dinner was a selection of salads, rice, couscous, various tagines and 3 live cooking stations. We went for a relaxing week away and that is exactly what we got. We would definitely go back in the future

Well, the food is, as usual in Tunisia, no frills, but you won't go hungry. The pool is clean, big, new tiles. The animation is great, there are a lot of animators. The animators are always busy with games

All the people from other countries are sociable, so if you want, you can find someone to talk to. There is security on the territory, so there are no drunken brawls. There are slides for children and adults

Just spent a week at the Helios in a bungalow. Overall the rooms are outdated, old furniture, old bathroom, some sockets don't work, shower doors are not sealed and leaking, no decorations are all, bare walls

The staff is the friendliest I've ever dealt with, everyone is so nice and helpful, they were the highlight of my stay, from the cleaners to the waiters and the entertainement team, everybody is a superstar

Super hotel and animation good atmosohere near the pool good drinks, beautifull beach. On the beach jet ski, parasailing and other atractions

I enjoyed staying here for the most part the pool is big plenty of space. Also a water slide pool and kids pool. I enjoyed the food had some different things you could try such as paella

TV only has French and German channels. Few different shows at night such as Irish dancing and a magician. Music can be load around the pool all day, lots of activities such as a foam party

However a member of the pool bar staff made me feel uncomfortable and followed me around asking me to message him etc. This spoilt my last couple of days to be honest

Booked Mario’s Italian that was very nice very pleased You don’t get waiter service around pool are it’s all self service no table nr sun beds or comfy mattress

Entertainment program was always available and very encouraging to get people involved. Entertainment crew was outstanding and haven’t met such a good bunch of people at any other hotels

Sadly he was not working on mu last day so that i could reward his service properly. The pool is wonderful, and while the fight for lounge chairs was tedious, the sun and coll waters made up for it

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Kudos especially to our "personal" waiter, Sammy who made sure our table was resdy each evening and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable

Pool and surrounding garden areas are very nice and spacious, the only downside is that people leave their towels the night before, to reserve sun beds by the family pool, so its hard to find spaces for 4 people together the next morning

It’s the perfect place for those that plan a week vacation not only by the pool or beach, but want to do some activities of all kinds around the hotel

but it turned out perfect! The rooms are spacious, although we had a problem with our reservation through the travel agency, but IMEN at the reception, did everything she could to help us, making sure we could have it solved, and we changed rooms within 2 hours!! This made our vacation So much better! And everyday we came by the lobby, IMEN would come to us with a smile, asking if everything was ok...

So I really need to thank her for her assistance! The variety of food in the buffet is great for every meal, we are not really great fans of all inclusive hotels, but we really thought this hotel is trying to make a diference and made us rethink our family vacations in the future

The buffet is repetitive after a week, but the desserts are quite tasty. There are also cats roaming around, they are domesticated and liven up the area

Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception...

It is five-star hotel but strangely there were very few guests

This spa resort is a hidden gem. Spacious property with the biggest outdoor pool I have ever seen. Rooms are huge, nicely appointed and very comfortable

It was so quiet in the pool & beach areas that it felt like a ghost place

The pools are clean and great especially the inside warm pool if you dont enjoy cold water much. The hotel seems old but that's what's charming about it. Marble and beautiful paintings and gardens inside

The food is absolutely awesome with fresh and renewed menus everyday and I know my fresh mediterranean food pretty well! Every member of the staff is absolutely warm and adorable with kids, which feels really good compared to Europe

Nassim will happily chat you at the entrance with his big smile, Zarzia will take care of you at the hammam, and the rest of the staff will make sure you get the massage you expect

The pool: fantastic, deep in areas but well signed, pool foam party not to be missed, slippy in areas but that's standard,now the sunbeds, in my opinion there are not enough for capacity, I can imagine in July or August that it's a struggle, loads of beds down the beach but I think more are definitely needed around the pool , temperatures exceed 30 degrees so umbrellas are a must

The beach water is amazing , very warm and natural, the pool is very big. The animation team , Specially Moataz , Sami and Yessine are amazing

After hearing reviews of other Djerba hotels we definitely picked the right place, there is food in abundance, everything from fresh fruit salads, freshly cooked pasta,pizzas made in front of you, roasts,rice ,soup,breads, croissants,cakes,ice cream, full bottles of pop ,coke,sprite, wine,not by the glass by the bottle,water available in small and big bottles, could not fault the kitchen whatsoever...

The only advice about the dining hall is ,you don't need to rush to go in 1st ,always fresh and hot food available and going in to eat a bit later when quieter makes for a more relaxing experience,also we only realised there is a smaller dining room with half the options but much quieter situated opposite the pool bar

Entertainment: So, there is literally something for all ages, the animation team work so hard, however I need to stress this, this hotel does cater more for Italians and french,and polish,and only a few English, however this is sometimes a good thing as interaction with other nationalities is fun The animation team work very very hard, you can do as little or as much as you want, from archery, dance...

They started building a very big pool bar when I was here , and I think it Will enhanced the already great beach experience to a whole other level

The place is quiet, conducive to a full family vacation, the sea is shallow and warm, there is a large swimming pool, several bars and restaurants, a night program, polite and helpful staff, prices are reasonable, everything is super

Excellent hotel with great staff. Food choice is great with something for everyone and most of the hot dishes cooked in front of you. The desert / patisserie offering was as good as anything you'll find in France

The large pool and surrounding area was great for relaxing and they have very well kept gardens all around the hotel. The beach is just a few metres walk from the hotel but not in use for sunbathing in March

The rooms are bright airy and very clean. There is a Spa where treatments and massages are very reasonably priced. The golf course is in great condition and we really enjoyed playing there

Hotel right next to the beach, beautiful and clean sea with a large beach. These are only my first impressions

When it comes to meals, they are excellent, you can see that the chef tries very hard

I liked everything very much on the all-inclusive system! The pool is not big but comfortable and sufficient for swimming, there is also a children's pool nearby
