Incredibly kind people and very decent hotel for it's categorisation and prices. The beach is perfect, we truly enjoyed. Restaurant is pretty crowded (especially on weekends), but food is added constantly and even though the lines seem very long, you will usually wait for 5 or sometimes maybe up to 10 minutes for "most wanted" foods (pizza, some meat dishes, seafood). If you don't expect luxury (which you shouldn't in a 4 star Tunisian hotel), in this hotel you can have an affordable yet fantastic holiday on a beautiful beach.

the room is not clean at all .. they barely clean it .. the sheets are just disgusting 😑 and the service here is so bad ( they smile just in face of tourists) they don't smile to arabs 😅 and if you went to the bar to have something they say rudely:"what do you want ?" .. I spent the worst vacation in that stupid hotel .. i don't advise anyone to come to that hotel just save your money for a better one and do not come here

It was our first visit back to EL Mouradi in13 years , previously we went 8 years on the trot ,we knew that things had changed as we couldn't find it on the website and not opened to the British ,But my word what a change in clientele, the food was terrible not much choice for us ,and it was a experience in the dinning room with the people you have going there,felt sorry for the staff but they are up against it , Also the carpets need getting up and tiled ,very outdated ,but we hope there will be changes in the future so we can holiday there in the future Thank-you.

Worst hotel I've ever been to ,
Bad customer service, reception was never helpful.
I got a room with vomit stains in the carpet and AC was not working.
Food was always cold and late .
The pool workers were rude and tried assault even after to the reception they were still kept working.
I genuinely advise anyone that tries to go this hotel to never set foot in it especially families because when they see families they try to intimidate them
I will link a video of pool workers trying to assault me even tho i was alone I've been surrounded with 6 workers .

soo good clean room good service delicious food but recommend to make a buffet cuz there (some) people take all the fries allthe chicken all the nuggets and then thry don’t touch the food or eat at least but its very good place i recommended 👍👍

Well at first this hotel is called El Mouradi Port el Kantaoui, not to confuse with El Mouradi Palace because it's just close to it and there is a path that takes you to El Mouradi Palace.
I'm not sure if this is temporary due to some reparations in the hotel but the restaurant and activities and animation is in El Mouradi palace ( 5 stars hotel) it is 3 minute away from the hotel. The hotel has a cozy pool that closes 18h so no night swim folks and a beach access in the beautiful beach of el Kantaoui.
No much activities in the hotel if you want to enjoy doing something you still have access to el Mouradi palace Hotel with a ping ping table, tennis courts, and I guess some basketball court I'm not sure just saw the basket from a window. Some cool animation activities like water polo the morning and usal hotel animations at night. As we ate in al Mouradi palace food and buffet were great and big, a big restaurant with plenty food for everyone.
The rooms are quite okay an old tv with some channels, didn't have any problem except for air conditioner not working good enough.Overall I recommend it, just lack of activities unless you go to the other hotel but still cozy and maybe this is just temporarily. One thing else the receptionist won't tell you about the restaurant and other hotel thing.
