Location: 40 km from the international airport Enfida, in the center of Sousse.
The hotel has 686 rooms.
Consists of one 9-storey building.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach, 20 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels are not. The length of the beach – 300 m.

The hotel is old but stands the test of time. The staff are trying to keep it in normal condition. The location is good. For my taste, it is too big an industrial hotel with one pool and a beach where there are not enough sunbeds for all the guests. The food is of solid good quality. Sometimes it is a problem to find a room because the corridors are very long and like a maze. My personal and realistic feeling is that you are in a 3-star hotel.

We were here in July(4th-11th2023) - 2 adults and two children. We booked two rooms.
I liked the pool area and the beach also But the sunbeds -old and pretty dirty. The hotel is located on the beach .
But this is it !
The service - was terrible. The restaurant was not very clean, no air conditioning
The food had no taste .
The drinks were served in plastic cups.(very small ones). That was very annoying. Everywhere you had to wait … not enough staff to handle all the tourists.
The worst thing - was when I arrived home and I noticed that We were missing 5 of my son’s T shirts and His sunglasses. We couldn’t have forgotten there 5 Tshirts… so somebody must have taken them from the room. Luckily We used the vault for our other possesions..otherwise…

10 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE COMING TO THIS HOTEL:
1. Food is disgusting, my boyfriend and a lot of other guests had food poisoning. One employee told us that when they throw leftovers to dogs - even they don’t want to eat it.
2. Restaurant is not clean, everything is oily and dirty from a previous day, cooks are cooking in dirty dishes.
3. We were lucky to get a nice room, but our friends didn’t have the same experience. Some rooms are very old, without air conditioning and without working elevator in that part of the building.
4. Some parts of the hotel are very stinky and dirty. WiFi internet is bad and it is not working most of the time.
5. Some of employees are very rude! Not all of them, but most of them are.
6. Animation team keeps this hotel alive, they are really putting a lot of effort in their work and they are making every day interesting.
7. We ate a lot out of hotel, and whoever from the locals we told that we are staying in this hotel - they told us that Riadh Palms is known as a bad hotel with worst food.
8. Beach is dirty, sea is full of trash and jelly fishes. Sand is also full of cigarettes and bottles.
9. Pool is beautiful and we enjoyed our time under the palm trees.
10. We wanted to stay positive and enjoy this vacation, so we did our best not to stress about everything I wrote about. But for sure we would never ever again choose this hotel, and would never recommend it to someone, especially with the kids.

AVOID AT ALL CAUSE
We weren’t expecting much because of the bad reviews but this place really is the worst hotel in Tunisia. The check-in took two hours, the staff was incredible slow and rude. They did not let us see the rooms before paying. We had all-inclusive so we went for lunch before getting the room but the restaurant didn’t have dishes, dirty everywhere, we were afraid to eat anything. When we finally got to our three rooms, none of them were cleaned, horribly dirty, none looked like in the photos, toilet broken, door broken, no sea view as we had paid for. We decided to leave but the hotel refused to give us our money back, the staff tried to make us wait for the “director” for two more hours and kept refusing to refund the 83€ we had paid for each room that were nothing like promised. It is illegal for them to charge us for service that was nothing like we paid for. We had to go to the office for tourism and finally to the commissar to complain, we are still in the process of getting our money back.
Do not go here, I live in Tunisia and know with the price you can stay in super nice place, and believe me anything is better than this. This place ruined our whole weekend in Sousse.

This hotel is very nice! Just ignore the bad reviews. We were very close to giving up on our holiday here because of the reviews. We would have made a mistake. The hotel is very nice, the staff is kind and the food is good. People are friendly here and it's quite animated. It's a beautiful location and there are lots of activities in the hotel.

Old hotel but nice. Beautiful pool, garden and beach with sunbeds. Good food for all inclusive. The mattresses in the rooms should be replaced. Good cleaning every day. Clean sheets and towels every day.

It's very bad, poorly cleaned, dirty everywhere, the staff do not care about tourists. The AIR TEMPERATURE is over 40 AND the ROOM is NOT air CONDITIONED, or rather it works but for the species, no cooling, 4 times came to repair it and say OK. In a sea of stinging jellyfish!!!! In General, here the first and last time.

The rooms leave much to be desired, the rest is OK, near the sea, the hotel gudowski, food - to burst(no soup), sea, sun.....come on!

We liked the hotel. Big. Tasty food,especially fruktiki and pastries. 2 pools. The sandy beaches. Cheap paid services. Great location (20 minutes and you are in the Medina of Sousse ).
Of the minuses, perhaps, evening show programs,which are run by animators working day. And only one bar in the fresh air. Which to 17.00 and all very mnop tourists like to eat,but all places is not enough.
