Triada Hotel Buyukada

We booked 3 nights here to attend a family wedding - it was awful and completely spoiled our holiday. They weren't expecting us when we arrived - despite having made the booking 7 months earlier. Our rooms were not ready when we wanted to check-in at 4pm, so we had to wait while they 'cleaned' them. When finally ready they were not clean - there was black mould in the shower, cobwebs everywhere and the sheets/towels were stained and too small! The drains in the room stank and this smell continued for the rest of our stay. Our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. The staff were rude and incredibly lazy and offered no apology for our late check-in. The breakfast was terrible - there weren't enough clean chairs or tables for us to sit down, most were covered in bird poo, so we had to stand to eat breakfast - the staff did nothing to help with this situation, didn't clean the furniture or offer extra clean chairs. The breakfast itself was not good quality. We ended up leaving a day early as we could not stand another night there. Please do not stay here, it is horrible! We were so disappointed.
