Late check in for an international transfer and room was ready for check in at 00.45 and was highly appreciated. All clean and above par and used Getir for food delivery direct to room door. Would recommend to all travellers. Thanks Guys!

Friendly and nice staff very good service however incredibly outdated rooms. Looks dirty and unsafe of an earthquake. They need to renovate the rooms and the AC of our room was way too problematic and did not cool the room and it was making noise that kept me awake at night. Good location and have a parking lot.

A little bit hidden when you come by car. Have great parking facilities. Room was big and roomy but very outdated furniture with several cigarette burn marks. Bed was comfortable.

First of all let's get the listing description straight:
- It's not a hotel but rather a MOTEL at best.
- they deceivingly list rooms with "ocean view" for a ground level rooms!
Secondly, the rooms description:
- yes it is a big rooms, but it's an old & nasty furnished one, with barely any lights fixtures in it!
- Not safe at all, with rooms that has big glass window right next to the roads at ground level!
- The "motel" without consideration of their own resident, arrange for weddings (from the afternoon up to around 11:30 p.m. with constant loud musics) in an areas right in front of the hotel room, so forget about you getting some rest.
Theirdly, staff:
- uncooperative front desk staff, as i requested a different room to avoid some of the above mentioned issues, they claim there are no rooms available (while they still have rooms listed for booking on the web site!).

Location is great, very close to the ocean and has a big park nearby. The rooms are okay, nothing special. Furniture is quite old and air conditioning is also quite worn but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. The receptionist etc. Were really friendly and helpful

Loved my experience in this hotel, very friendly personal, shared a lot of stories with us, and was always there when needed. Very open with the schedule, waited for us for a very late check in ( 3 in the morning) even tho it was supposed to be closed, and gave us extra time to clear the room.
Speaking of the room, it was clean, with a very nice bathroom. The shower was excellent, good water pressure and scorching hot like I love

I stayed in talen for a few days and here is my thoughts:
Thanks to bator,resul for being friendly and nice,
Hotel is in nice area close to the sahil and right beside the train station.
Rooms are clean with everything you need.

Site & location is perfect
Well furnished rooms
Pool not working till this morning
I am still here up to next Monday
Everything can be the best but maintenance is weak also housekeeping is the worst, this is my fifth day here asking to clean my room but the answer is: sorry it is not available. I said today: it's not important because I am solo but what about families.
Your services have to redeveloped because this hotel deserves that.
For cleaning I already inform the staff but they said sorry and refuse to take the key (as i said before).

The hotel staff are awesome and always friendly. Talen Otel is a great place to stay.
I stayed 10 days at this hotel and there is only good things to say: the room it’s clean and spacious. It has a kitchen which its very handy. The breakfest includes vegetables! The swiming pool its very nice and clean. The location is near metro station. And this hotel think and care about their costumers. Good friends and great memories to remember. I would like to thank all the team!
