The best thing in hotel is location, it is near to metro. Other things are very poor. It is not 5 star hotel at all. Rooms are very poor and did not see a renovation from the beginning of the operation, in my opinion. The view is good if you are in higher floors. Good man from the reception made a free upgrade for me, so that was nice.

Whoever rated this place as 5 star hotel has never step foot in 5 star hotel.
Lobby so primitive, old leather couches, and the reception desk the young people were just ok, but the managers were absolutely rude, and don't care to help at all, they pretend they don't speak English and they just make orders to the kids at the front desk, at some point one of them yelled at me . Terrible customer service!
We had a family room that was so spacious and had a lovely view but unfortunately the rooms are so dirty and outdated. Just check under your beds for unpleasant surprises, my kid found old dirty socks and slippers under his bed! Disgusting!!! I had to clean the room with a towel cause my son's feet turned black after walking barefoot inside the room.
They have an indoor pool, which requires head covers(they made us buy them 100 lira each) the pool is weirdly shaped and the wall's decor is falling off in the pool. The jacuzzi next to the pool was literally boiling and couldn't stay in it for more than a couple of minutes. So if you are looking for a pool experience that's not a good choice.
Our stay included a breakfast at their restaurant which is open from 7 to 10.30 only, if you come late and ask to take a plate with you, they won't let you. They even refused to let me take food for my little toddler. There was one nice lady her name was Rihana, but when she isn't there, the man at the door is so rude and careless.
And for some weird reason they are much nicer to turkish people. But God forbid you speak another Language, they won't respond to Hello!

Hotel is 5 star property in Istanbul. Nice view from the 11 th floor. Thanks to byotell reception manager, who upgraded our room, nice view of city skyline, we can see the morning sunrise from the window. Spacious room. Nice and airy loony with good hotel cooperative smiling staff. Gym, sauna, swimming pool available. Breakfast is good with options.

The hotel is rated as a 5-star establishment, but to be honest, it feels more like a 4-star from the outside and in the lobby area. It doesn’t quite have that 5-star ambiance, if I’m being totally honest. However, the staff members are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.
The hotel is situated 28km from Sabiha International Airport. On a good day, it can take you around 25 minutes to get there, but on a bad day, it can take twice as long or even more, depending on traffic.
They offer a wide range of breakfast selections. The rooms are spacious, soundproof, with comfy pillows and blankets. My room even included a bathtub, which was a huge plus. The rooms were equipped with very modern Samsung TVs, so I was very impressed while watching games and movies.
I would recommend opting for a room on the top floor facing the motorway for an amazing view. The metro station is right at the doorstep, which can take you to the city center. There's also a McDonald’s located just a few steps away from the hotel entrance, along with a café/restaurant on-site.
It’s nice and quiet at night and feels very safe, regardless of the time. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and experience. The metro station is also close bye. Thank you.

Excellent! Service is great, friendly, the room includes spa hammam and a sauna very relaxing after a stressful journey. The breakfast is delicious and full of choices from 7h30 till 10h30 for the sleepy head like me. Metro 2 mn walking. Few bars and restaurant very near walking down the hotel. Beautiful view on Istanbul's skyscrapers. Room is big enough and full of light. Great experience.

Worst services i ever had in my live ,
Ordered breakfast for my kid and 2 hours later i had to go downstairs and see what was going on and they said they forgot it , the room was a nightmare filthiest i ever seen , old towels completely reept off , custumer services zero if you need anything you better go somewhere else cause they you never help you but they will try to take your money even for talking to them ,

It's okay hotel in business part of the city. About 40 minutes by taxi from Sultanahmet Square, 90 minutes from the airport depends on traffic situation. Far from the declared 5 stars, more like a good 3 star Hilton class. Smoky corridors, a bit tired and outdated, but quite comfortable clean rooms, good bed and mattress. Breakfast is decent, but the drink from the coffee machine is disgusting. Nice huge fitness area. 10 minutes walk from huge shopping mall, next to subway station.
