We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. If you are planning to stay, I suggest you book the suite or anything that is bigger, do not book the standard double room as it’s too small you will feel suffocated. BUT the owner was very kind and he upgraded us for free to a suite room because the one we booked had a few issues. The owner speaks English too and helps you out in case you need anything. The male staff were very friendly and helpful, on the other hand I have to talk about the attitude of the female staff who checked us in and had a very rude way of answering our questions most of the time , especially when I asked her very politely why are rooms not being cleaned and when I requested for bed sheets to be changed. She snapped at me and I asked her “why are you talking to me like that I am just asking!” I really didn’t like that encounter at all and my boyfriend tried to calm me down but it wasn’t an attitude of hospitality.
On the other hand, we really enjoyed the breakfast, the location of the otel and the beautiful garden and the cats family living in the garden. Would just suggest a phone in the rooms so we can contact reception, and please to add a box of tissue in each room.
Thank you for the stay, will definitely suggest it to people who want to stay in Buyukada for a few nights.

Great boutique Hotel situated in a quite street. Great location.
5 minute walking distance to the ferry port, restaurants and stores. We stayed in the junior suit room, was a nice and spacious room with high ceiling and a lovely balcony, having our morning coffee from the espresso machine in the room was great. The staff is kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here 2 days with my wife in suit. Old mansion style building and beautifully designed room with an amazing view of balcony. Breakfast has wide variety with lot of cheese options and freshly made omlettes. Staff was very helpful and kind from the day one our stay. We definetly will visit Sergüzeşt Hotel in the future.

We had a very comfortable stay at Serguzest. The room was clean and well decorated, the buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The best thing about the hotel was its patio- we loved drinking our tea and enjoying the solitude, flower smells and colorful lights late into the night. It felt like we were at our own house, rather than staying at a hotel. The location is also very convenient, it is close to restaurants but remote enough that you don’t hear the noise of the town. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wishes to stay at the island for a get away.

What a beautiful hotel, peaceful, comfortable and it’s own restaurant with delicious food and drink. We stayed 4 nights and taken care of so very well.

We stayed only for two nights, but wish to stay much longer. This is like coming home in picturesque surroundings. The hotel building is elegant and beautiful with light, spacious, creatively designed interiors. We loved our room with balcony. Very good sleep quality. Quiet surroundings, though it’s relatively close to piers. We never used transport, just walked everywhere even with suitcases. I should also mention the ambiance. Beautiful music by the reach breakfast. Lovely blooming garden to have breakfast or just relax in. We used to dine in a cozy hotel‘s cafe also in the evening and can only recommend. With the music and colorful lights between bushes and trees of the garden - what a delight. Hosts took care of all our needs and we can only be very grateful for making our stay special. Buyukada is wonderful and Serguzest is the special lovely place, that keeps the pieces of our hearts.

Stayed for 2 nights.Great hospitality, delicious open buffet breakfast with fresh and rich varieties thanks to the sympathetic grand mother of the kitchen. White and clean sheets,towels, very comfortable pillows and bed.Warm shower. Well decorated room .i had a very smooth sleep and enjoyed the garden while sunbathing,reading my book. Servants are very caring and helpful.Not a place to regret.Every penny is worth it.
