Booked through clinic hub. Hotel Service is very good. 5 star service but the hotel it self is more of a 3-4 star hotel. We came late march so it is not summer yet but the temperature was in the 70s outside. Rooms were very hot and because of it still being considered “winter” AC units are centralized so turning on cooling forces it to go to heat or off. So no air conditioning. People were crowding the lobby because their rooms are so hot during the day. My significant other was having a rough time sleeping and being in the room due to the heat, especially after surgery. We sweat in our sleep because our rooms were considerably hotter than it was outside. Opening the windows helped but not much. Breakfast was very bland. We just ended sticking to fruit, eggs, yogurt and oatmeal’s. All other breakfast served here was very bland. Easily the worst pancakes I’ve had in my life. Lunch and dinner was better but still average. I had the worst cocktail ever served here as well. You are better off eating outside of the hotel which is exactly what we did after a few days eating at the hotel. There are a few restaurants in the area. Location wise there isn’t much. You are an hour commute by car or public transport to get to anything worth seeing in Istanbul. Closest mall is 10-20 min away and the other malls are 30+ min away by car. If you come for surgery through CLINIC HUB, my advice is to book in the cooler months. That would help the experience significantly.
