Very nice and clean place by Turkish standards. Deposit upon check-in 100 euros, returned very quickly. I liked everything. I recommend

The welcome was nice. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was not bad. The restaurant staff was attentive and friendly.

During my stay, the hotel offered a truly relaxing and comfortable experience, which was exactly what I needed. The facilities were top-notch, including a well-maintained sauna and a beautiful swimming pool that provided a perfect way to unwind. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the comforts you could ask for, making the stay feel luxurious and pleasant.

One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant. The food was not only delicious, but the service was exceptional. One server in particular, Yaprak, made the experience even more memorable. She had a remarkable ability to personalize her service, remembering what we enjoyed and going out of her way to make sure we had our favorites each day. The hotel I stayed at is 5 star and honestly it matches the description. Everything is amazing and perfect . Staff are nice and helpful. The hotel in general is beautiful. They accommodate a lot of things you wouldn’t imagine. I highly recommend booking this hotel if you stay in Istanbul !!

Hello everyone! I stayed at Burgu Arjaan by Rotana many times and I really fell in love with that place . The hotel rooms are fantastic, very clean and cozy. You feel like at home there . The team of hotel is great too. Reception crew is so professional and friendly. They solve all requests fast and always ready to help. The special words are for the pool . It’s really nice, clean and beautiful place . I would like to say special “ thank you “ to the lady Yaprak who works at the pool bar. She is always smiling and very good at her job. Thank you guys ! I will definitely will be back again and again .

Musab as I arrived at the hotel greeted and assisted me to my room. He looked very smart and has a lovely welcoming
smile. He showed me how to operate the electric curtains, TV and AC and asked if I needed anything else which showed me how invested customer focused he is. He is polite, ambitious and proactive young man. I commend his *can do* attitude, communication and excellent listening skills. Definitely a asset to the hotel and have no doubt he will go far in the tourism and service industry. He is a raising star and managerial material with investment and training by the hotel for the future. Don't often write reviews but needed to do this.

Arjaan Hotel is an amazing hotel. We stayed here for my partner's surgery of which the hotel is a big partner for. A lot of people with different surgeries like hair or nose surgery.

The hotel is very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and the breakfast very nice and enjoyable.
