Location was not ideal as bagdat caddesi is a very long road, other than that the hotel room was nice, sound profed and spacious, the breakfast was okish.

Small hotel of 27 rooms just on bagdat street. The quality of the place is very good. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are of good quality and size. breakfast provided is acceptable in varieties and the staff are quite nice and helpful and will cook you any type of eggs separately without extra charge.
What I liked about the hotel is the personal help you get from the staff that you don’t get in any other 5 star hotels, and I believe Ozgour and Onur are doing a really good job in keeping the hotel guests happy.
If you are in the mood for shopping in bagdat street or going to kadikoy then this is the right place for you. But the hotel is not cheap.
What I didn’t like is the noise in the street on weekends. And some towels that where overused.
Also there is no gym or swimming pool.
If I have the chance to go to Istanbul Asia again I will definitely use this hotel.

It was my pleasure to choose this hotel in my trip stay list.
Everything was above expectations , the location , rooms , services and for sure the kindness staff ever.
I would thanks the whole staff for their great hospitality during my whole stay , they keep smile all the time and always ready to help.
I recommend it for sure and will be my first choice next time.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, clean rooms. But it is very lively and loud (music, cars honking, people), it’s located on top of a bar/restaurant - the windows are not that sound proof, it was hard to fall asleep earlier than 12:30 am. I recommend to request a higher room than the 2nd floor, perhaps that would solve the issue. Or if you’re here to party, it’s perfect.

It's a very new hotel at a prime location if you are visiting the Anatolian side. I was given an upgrade to the original room I booked and the room itself was on par with the best of Istanbul. The room was spacious with great amenities. Pretty much every detail was thought of. The staff was very helpful and polite. Even though there's some additional bureaucracy due to the pandemic the overall speed for the check-in process was very streamlined.

There was nothing I would change about our stay with them. The room was very clean, hallways had a beautiful scent at all times, masks were provided. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The AC worked perfectly which is a must during the hot season. Their beds were very comfortable as well, which is important for anyone who comes and it pregnant’
We are returning next week to stay with them!
The only recommendation I have is to maybe diversify their breakfast option as if you are staying for quite a few days it can get boring.

Booked a room over the phone as their booking system was down and needed to accept a higher price on the phone. When we arrived they gave us a different cheaper room category than booked and confirmed on the phone. Receptionist told us he did not remember the call. I complained and the receptionist told us we had to pay and extra charge to get the room we actually wanted. Wanted to extend as we had business to do in that area and told the Manager we would only stay if we don’t have to pay extra anymore for a room that was already cheaper online. He reacted very unfriendly and said he just raised the prices online. Penthouse Rooms on 4th floor very hot and loud. I would never book this place again.

I have a really good time in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Can, he make some arrangements for me. And when it was not possible , he came with a nice alternative.
The hotel looks great and new, and it’s very clean everywhere. They are very alert on the corona rules, everywhere they have desinfection points and even mouth masks for free.
I advise everyone to stay in this hotel, the staff make me feel like I’m at home.
