This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English.

This is very bad hotel, the room is extremely small and this is children's room, it's attached to master room there's a door between the tow rooms. The beds aren't capable for adults, bed width is less than 1 meter, the staff attention is to sell room at midnight regardless the customers satisfaction. Shall never ever repeat this mistake to live in Ibis hotel.
2-The staff doesn't speaks English.
3- cars parking is hidden not easy to be reached.

I stayed at Ibis Hotel on December 13th and 14th, and it was a complete disappointment. During my two-night stay, on Saturday evening around 9 PM, I returned to the hotel to rest, only to find a loud party taking place in the area below the hotel. Since I was staying on the 7th floor, I assumed the noise wouldn’t reach my room. However, to my dismay, the noise was so loud that it disturbed my sleep even on the 7th floor. I couldn't fall asleep until after 1 AM, when the party finally ended. The next morning, during checkout, I was informed by the reception that these parties are held every other Saturday. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

A lovely modern hotel, excellent location to all the main areas within walking distance. On arrival Mr Mustafa met us at reception with a beautiful energy and smiling face, after our room was upgraded as a courtesy he arranged our first Turkish coffee in Gaziantep.

We had a disappointing stay.
The location is good and there is free parking.
The check in staff are not friendly, or welcoming. They are also not helpful, if you have a question, they make you feel like you are inconveniencing their day.
The room is small and there is no fridge - there is a box that keeps things at room temperature (I'm not sure why any guest would want this).
They offer guests to use the pool in the Novotel next door at 500TL, which is over 10euro - but it's only about 10 euro more to stay at the Novotel!
I'd recommend you stay next door, you'll probably get better service.

The location is perfect the biggest mall loacted beside it and ut is surrounded with good resturants. The city ce ter is very close to it around 25 min. The breakfast was stunning. The room was ok and clean. The more important the bed was very comfortable.
