Amazing staff, amazing vibes definitely coming back to this place. The rooms are not 5 star crazy luxury, but again the price is a lot cheaper so makes sense.
But it’s relaxed, family owned and you create nice relationships with the staff that tend to your care 24/7.

We were two weeks in this hotel. nothing bad to say. Staff friendly. and the owners are really lovely.

Location of the Hotel is the best. But the rooms and furniture are old and in need of repair. If I were a manager, I would fire the receptionist "Mr. Lenin". Unfortunately the person is not very courteous with hotel customers.

Never give money in advance.
I reserved apt offline, and came 2 weeks after and before the reservation. And hotel administrator(Aidyn) said no refund, even 1 lira. I was there to negotiate, but Aidyn looked at my eye looks like he wants to kill me.
I told him that he refund 100% 1 day before for booking and airbnb clients, why not same for me? He said it is not possible. Then we made a deal, if I show that, he will refund 100%, if not I'm leaving. I showed to him, he changed his mid and said that I didn't understand him. Not real man with whome you can make a deal. Live with this Aidyn.

Not what agoda had advertised room didn't have double beds.room was cold and didn't get great sleep''staf were good 'booked in for 11 nights only stayed 1 night and didn't get refunded from Agoda'

As returning guests we have never had any complaints about this family run hotel. The location is central but outside the busy downtown nightlife. The rooms are cleaned every day and are spacious and are of exellent value compaired to price. Would anytime recommend this place again.
