For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

Hotel location is amazing. The beach view is breathtaking. The beach is cozy, clean and nice. Perfect place to spend a vacation with little kids. Service is nice. Food is good. The personal is thoughtful and helpful.

the view of the room was the best، it was big enough and you could see roads and forest. staffs were really friendly and nice to guests. the programs for kids at nights were fun also the snacks beside pool was great

I have spent my holiday for one week in orange county hotel. That was one of my best holidays. The food and dessert were delicious and various. Animation team was very active

Pool is clean and the beach is a very important criteria. I'm happy to have chosen this hotel as a family

If you want a night of dancing, 3 of the hotel(about 400 meters) from the MS beach, MS is arancia, there is disco and very decent. I put 4 and not 5 because it seemed to us very little space in the room

On the beach - never enough chairs and less sunshades. The beach is sandy, little stones at the shore and be carefull - 2-3 m away starts deep water. BUT the park is very beautiful and a real pleasure

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Overall very nice stay. Would recommend. The food is good. Lots of variety. Net is a little slow and rooms are a little dated. The beach is vast and lots to do. They have a lot to keep kids occupied as well

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

I feel like things like the zip line, go karts, crazy golf and rides could be added as a package or a set allowance for free then after that charged

My only negative would be that for an all inclusive holiday there were a lot of extras which had to be paid for

Jet skis, parasailing is also on the beach there. Generally the hotel is nice and beautiful. Go there now! To Alanya can be reached by bus - 20 minutes drive

There are three pools, one with aquacoral, gym, area for relaxing. Conducted and karaoke and discos and foam parties. In the evening comes the hookah. There is a sand beach with a stone

Spirits in the bar in the evening. The beach front of the hotel is not very good, just need to go a little to the left. Nice small pebbles and smooth descent into the sea

Only 1 place for meat and when it comes dinner time all the guests rush for the meat and you need to wait for 10-15 min under the burning sun. The beach like every beach in Turkey is rocks and concrete

The beach is very close to the hotel, there's a neat passage under the highway that gets you directly there. The shore is rocky and the sand is rough, so better wear water shoes

We couldn't enjoy the beach much because there were always high waves. Overall, not worth the money and we wouldn't recommend this stay

As a vegetarian I found a wide range of vegetarian dishes which were very delicious. I just didn’t like the bathroom. Water flow is very bad and toilet paper quality is extremely bad. Otherwise,everything is great

We could hear all our neighbours and the loud music from outside until falling asleep. After the party is done or earlier in the morning, you can hear the traffic from the nearby highway through the closed balcony door

We were on vacation in Doganay and honestly I will never come back. Small rooms,need to be fixed and refreshed. The food is poor,I wanted to eat one fat and juicy doner,(we are in turkey) but never see him at dinner

Excellent price-quality hotel in Alanya. Hotel is little bit dated, but its not that important to me. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is right on a beautiful beach with plenty of sunbeds, no street crossing

One of the best food we ever experienced within an all inclusive concept. Staff is friendly when you thank them and give them a smile. The rooms are okay but the bathroom could use an update

Stayed here for 3 nights, basic all inclusive, room cleaning is virtually non existent and when they do come in they take all the towels, flannels away and don’t replace them, they leave the bins in the room full so everything is now overflowing as there is no where else to but rubbish, do not get no coffee in the rooms and it doesn’t matter if you complain to reception they just don’t care they say...

Health and safety in some parts of the hotel is shocking they have dark ramps everywhere and in the dark you can not see them as they are not highlighted while we was there 5 people tripped over the ramp in the moon bar and 1 poor lady had her toenail ripped out and had to go to the doctors and had to pay 300 euros to have the nail sorted out!, and again the hotel just doesn’t care and shrugs their...

In addition, this hotel has very good photographers, who took amazing pictures of my family and I, with their own brought parrots and lizards, beside the beach and pool, which form very good memories

Water in swimming pool during our stay was 16-18 degrees, barely anyone was swimming. Huge advantage is access to beach with clean,warm water, nice and friendly beach restaurant which was our most pleasant surprise

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel had two swimming pools with various water slides, the buffet had all sorts of delicious food of outstandig quality

Hotel was very nice and very clean 2 buildings there are 2 different to to the other side of the walk, the bridge to the other side and cross the road do not bother, quiet street, the rooms are very clean, every day clean towels! And WI-fi need to stay log in, does it again! We also have an excursion done, really very very nice, waterfalls in Manavgat, and shopping in Alanya

We spent a marvelous time in Hotel Blue Star. The hotel takes place a prestigious position in the city, close to the most beautiful beach of the sea. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable

The staff is kind, helpful and really professional. The all-inclusive restaurant caters to all needs - and above that you could ask for - with its delicious and varied dishes

Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October

We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable. We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar

There was some silcone around the shower and sink that was moldy and needed replacing and the ceiling in the bathroom had clearly been fitted quickly, several panels were bent or damaged

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

There are plenty of English people around in the little shopping/restaurant area. Give it a chance and ignore the stupid stuck up reviews!

I liked everything. Animation was a little lame, but sometimes they lit up to the fullest. Basically I liked everything.

mega huge territory, a lot of entertainment for children, in several places of water parks on every corner, alcoholic eateries and restaurants. I personally recommend it !!! I liked it, I want to come here again !!!

Scenery is to die for and the entertainment is pretty good too, the only downfall is the food isn't so great and other holidaymakers are very rude and greedy (not all but most) especially when it comes to the food, sun loungers and inclusive amenities which was a bit of a let down

On arrival you're not told anything about the hotel and what it has to offer (as they focus and spend so much time on trying to up sale a room). On checkout, again no directions given to luggage storage or shower

3rd time in this hotel, its a good all round family trip and good value for money, the only real negatives are a few staff can be quite pushy try to sell you things, spa, t-shirts, tattoos, etc

4th time on vacation in Turkey. Seen before Kemer region two times and Alanya once. This time was the best experience ever related specifically to the hotel. Everything was nearly perfect

The hotel is very clean, we got our towels changed as well as our beds made every day. The evening programms were very interesting and fun as were the daily shows at the pool. We have particularly loved the fantasy show

During our stay we had room facing the sea side (paid extra for it) if we would come back again, I wouldn't pay for the sea side view since at least 3 nights we couldn't sleep due to the night entrainment program, which was very loud till late night (pass 11PM) not great while on vacation with a 2yo

Clean, nice service, great pool area, awesome meal selection. Some receptionists don't speak English, spa staff also has troubles with English but is willing to help or call some English speaking person

All of the staff are so pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food is divers and so delicious, we have loved the Starbucks Café and the virgin Mohitos were also a dream

The beach is very close to hotel

We recently (last week of october) visited this hotel for a short family vacation, and as a person of color traveling with my family, I was pleased to find the hotel staff to be very welcoming

Occasionally, we added a bit of salt or sugar to taste, but overall, we found the food enjoyable and filling. We didn’t make use of the children’s buffet or the beach bar’s offerings

In general I only have one "issue" with the hotel, and that is that most of the staff isn't English speaking - not even in the reception - I kind of expected that with a 5 star hotel in a big city as alanya

The hotel’s public areas were clean, and our room was generally well-maintained. While there were a few minor spots of mold, they didn’t bother us. There is room for improvement

Lots of different foods to choose from, breakfast, lunch & evening meals. Everything inclusive from food to alcohol, soft drinks. Swimming pools, Aqua park, private beach, sunloungers etc

Children entertainment with tutors. Adult entertainment later in evening, from karaoke, dancing, something for everyone. WI-FI, TV'S & Air conditioning in every room

Great hotel, consisting 200 rooms in apartment blocks. Great staff, willing to do anything they can to assist. Huge dining area, with self service

We got sea view room with no extra charge paid! Animation team give their best to entartain the guests! Negative: Food was very traditional, for people who like Turkish food that is a positive, for my family it would be better to also have some more european meals

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

Whether it was coming to have a chat with you at yours sunbeds or on the evenings, they were always trying to socialised with hotel guests

Hotel rooms were air conditioned and also had lots of information about the hotel in booklets on the desk in the rooms so you didn’t have to worry about how to do anything whilst they were there

Rooms was cleaned everyday as well, we mentioned between us many times that we’ve never seen a place so clean before, staff love to make sure the place is clean and tidy! During the day the entertainment team always keep you occupied and make sure you’re having a good time

The animation team were superb and the entertainment around the pool each day was great, they were so friendly and got everyone involved, without being too pushy

They also took the time to come and interact with everyone. We'll done!!! All staff were very helpful when we needed anything There is a free bus to the private beach each day

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and all I can say is positives about it, there was always variety with food and brilliant set ups for food so you can snacks in between meal times

We tipped a little as it was deserved, but got great hospitality even when we didn't. Beach a bit gravelly but still a nice place to be. Food was standard all inclusive fare but with plenty of choice and done very well

The food is pretty poor but acceptable we ended up getting the free taxi to Cleapatra Picaso restaurant most nights

At the same time, both my mother and I are not the fittest and we have been in hotel complexes before, but this "commuting" really makes the hotel special in that. We came to hang out on the beach on vacation

Every day we have had to eat chips and onion rings ( cold ) due to the lack of option. The pool bar by the hotel absolutely stinks, really unpleasant to enjoy. The staff are polite and pleasant

What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros)

Hotel is on the beach, there are plenty of sunbeds on the sandy beach and pier. The beach and pier is quiet, perfect for relaxing

If you are looking for the ultimate place to relax, club Turtas is the place for you. This resort has multiple pools, a private beach and even several slides

I can't stress enough how clean this resort is, how friendly the staff around the resort is and how wonderful our stay has been. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone

Rooms are spacy, clean, nice, only mattress could be harder on me, had some issues adjusting to it. Location is nice, hotel has everything you can think of - program all day, small waterpark, private beach

They serve fresh amazing food daily, they continuously have activities for all ages through out the day and every evening (except Sunday) there is a show worth watching

I recently stayed at Club Turtaş Beach Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and outstanding hospitality

Beach was close so going from Beach->Hotel->Restaurant was quick. Combination of sand and rock on the beach was OK, if you're careful enough and dont drop stuff in it, you'll be fine

Beautiful structure and very clean place. 3 outside swimming pools, one for men, one for women only, and one for the families. Also there is a beach for the hotel. Intertainment team for the pool and for the children

It's a halal hotel, so it's designed for Muslims. Food was great, staff had great customer service. Beach is across the road- easy access

They have a Turkish spa-hamam - this is amazing massage lasts just under 2hrs- skin feels amazing and body feels refreshed. Great fun for the family holiday
